Holiday rentals with a pool in Baie Nettlé

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

This place completely exceeded our expectations — the pictures honestly don’t do it justice! It’s tucked away in a peaceful, gated community with 24/7 security, a private beach, and an incredible on-site restaurant with delicious food and top-notch service. We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon, and it was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hosts welcomed us with a charcuterie board and champagne — such a thoughtful touch! The villa itself is beautifully maintained and packed with amenities: beach towels, laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. The pool and the view from the villa were absolutely my favorite parts — truly breathtaking. Our host was incredibly responsive and even helped me find someone to fix my phone after I dropped it in the water. That level of hospitality made all the difference. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Beautiful place and beautiful view but make sure you rent a car it is a little far out but worth the drive

To sum up 10/10 would recommend. Will stay again if I come back! I had a few interactions with Jean Paul booking and with his associates a while there. They do a very good job as property managers and the property itself was just great. Also helpful with suggestions thanks again Jean Paul, Laurènce and your other collaborators.

This was a wonderful stay for my family. The house was accessible to lots of things nearby while situated in a peaceful community. The home was clean and more beautiful than the pictures show. Communication was great between the host. Great stay!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. Geoffray’s unit was just as described and was a great stay for our week in St. Martin! He was super responsive and gave us great recommendations! Unit is clean and parking was never an issue. Savannah restaurant is just outside the gate and was super convenient to just walk to, good food :)

The selling feature of this unit is definitely the view of the lagoon and pool. The studio is bright with plenty of sunshine coming in. The furniture and decor is basic, though met our needs for a week’s stay. The kitchen works for simple breakfast and lunch meals. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, beaches and night life. Complex felt safe and secure. It is with hesitation that I have to mention though, that the entire complex itself is an eye sore. I have stayed at various units on multiple occasion’s and mostly overlook these conditions, especially once inside the well decorated and completely renovated units. The buildings on the outside appear to have water damage and paint is peeling off the walls. For a person with high expectations, this may be difficult to absorb.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

There are truly no words to capture how incredible and thoughtfully designed this Airbnb is. From the moment we walked in, we felt an immediate sense of comfort it felt just like home. The location couldn’t be better, and the decor is absolutely beautiful, with a unique charm that made the entire space feel warm and inviting. What truly stood out were the countless small details the host included everything from the cozy touches to the well-stocked essentials showed just how much care and intention went into creating this space. It was clear the host put a lot of heart into making sure guests feel welcomed and cared for. We were beyond impressed and completely in love with the place. I can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re staying for a short getaway or a longer trip, this is the kind of place that makes you never want to leave. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic host and location! The pictures of the airport do not do the listing justice. I spent many afternoons on the balcony watching the planes. The Condo is within walking distance of everything that you need. 7 minute walk to the restaurants, market and Maho beach. The bus picks up right around the corner and there is a taxi stand on the road coming out of the property. This was super convenient for any tours that weren’t on a bus route. I was here for 3 weeks with no car. The food everywhere in Maho is amazing and the Maho Market is priced comparably with some of the larger markets on the island. The little hot food bar at the Maho Market was also very good. The Condo has everything that you need, was accurately described in the listing and was perfect for me. Great and kind host with easy and fast communication. I will definitely stay here again if I ever return. Thank you!!
