Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

Great place !! Loved the location and the villa was beautiful

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

one night stay. Nice space. very comfortable. great neighborhood. short walk to simpson bay. cleaners were working when we arrived but host allowed us to drop off our luggage. one bedroom airconditioner was not working when we arrived but it just the circuit breaker had been turned off (fixed ourselves) Be advised that the airport runway is adjacent and large jets land and takeoff every day between about 10am and 3 pm. no planes dusk to dawn.

I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

We had such an amazing 5 days at the bungalow! Everything was very clean upon arrival! The seclusion and privacy this house offered was great for a couples vacation we thoroughly enjoyed and will book again! Don’t be deterred by not having air conditioning. We opened the window vents and turned on the fans at night and were perfectly cool during June! The location of this house is perfect on the island! Every beach and restaurant we wanted to go to was no more than a 20 minute drive. Breeze was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had before and during our trip! You MUST book this property if you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing getaway!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Herve’s place was worth every cent. I had one of the best views that i could ever ask for while staying at this airbnb. This location is on the french side of Saint Martin meaning that it’s 20 minutes away from Juliana Airport. There are stores and supermarkets close by, you also have restaurants on the boardwalk. Renting a car is a must since there are no Ubers on the island.

Very peaceful and wonderful stay, host was very helpful and making sure everything was to our liking

I found the house to be very comfortable, spacious and well located. The host was very early all the time. She was even very attentive to my two-year-old son, and even provided a basket with toys. I found the chairs and beach umbrella very useful and the kitchen very well equipped. The only negative point is that it was by the sea, but the beach in front of the house has many stones, it is difficult to bathe in the sea, especially with small children. I would definitely return to them.

This apartment met and exceeded our short vacation needs! The space was beautiful and the balcony was a bonus. The beach is easily accessible via walking. Great Indian restaurant nearby - Ananda! Public parking was easy to find just around the block from the apartment.
