Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Un super séjour chez Florence et Nicole, très sympathiques, très accueillantes, réactives et proactives également. Joli duplex, le spa sur la terrasse est un gros plus. Rien à redire, à ne pas hésiter.

My husband and I had a fantastic week celebrating my birthday at Joes place. The huge condo was well equipped, beautifully furnished, and immaculate. The large balcony overlooking the lushess garden, turquoise water and white sand was amazing. The restaurants, stores, beaches and supermarkets are within walking distance. The staff Vanessa and Madoo were extremely accommodating with booking tours, taking photos and making reservations. The Santino catarmaran cruise, and Rose island tour was great. Joe and staff were extremely accommodating making our stay a wonderful experience

It was sooo beautiful! We can’t wait to come back. Dominique was a great host. Words can’t describe the peace we felt in this place. We had a surprise visitor come eat some of the fruit we had left out. lol but what do you expect being out in nature with so much greenery around. The iguanas frequent the home. All the different lizards and birds added to the beautiful scenery. I’d definitely recommend this place for your stay.

We had an amazing 10 days stay at Véronique’s place. The accomodation looks even better in real life. Spotless clean, great private outdoor lounge area with the jacuzzi, and outdoor shower. The location on the island is centrally located and perfect to discover the surroundings without to much driving. Véronique provided us with great local tips and is a super responsive and friendly host. We travelled with a young todler and the house has everything you need. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour! ☀️

We will without a doubt consider returning to this location. It was the perfect amount of night time activity in the surrounding community. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance and also grocery stores where we were able to purchase any and all that we needed. The condo was decked out with everything we needed and the view was amazing..! The beds were comfy and the unit was very spacious! Fourth floor unit was perfect, overlooking the pool, woke up to the sound of the ocean every morning, as we enjoyed a coffee on the balcony. Stacey was super friendly. We spent almost two weeks at the condo and encountered no issues. We did choose to rent a car for the time we were in Sint Maarten and we are glad we did, although there is plenty around to walk to we made a couple of day trips to Simpsons Bay and Philipsburg and the cost of the rental covered the otherwise cost of a taxi ride. Thank you for helping to make our vacation unforgettable.

Excellent séjour chez Sylvie , très bien accueillis. Des hôtes discrets et très sympathiques avec le petit plus pour nous , blue et june ! Très bonne communication , logement parfait pour nous deux , propre , tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. Petit déj en terrasse tous les jours , au frais , quel bonheur malgré beaucoup de passages à cet endroit. Merci !

Beautiful place and location. The apartment had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the apartment so you don’t have to pay $30 or $50 for 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. There are 2 amazing pools. Everything was perfect.

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

This villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for our stay, as two families with young children. It was minutes from the airport and close to many beautiful beaches and dining options. A car is necessary to get around. We spent lots of time in the pool, enjoying views of the ocean and the sunset in the evening. The villa was also immaculately clean and well maintained. Each room had its own bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower or bath option which we really enjoyed. The only thing to note is the entrance to the third bedroom is from the patio and not the villa itself. It wasn't a big issue for us however, as it was only a few short steps to the villa and we brought cameras to monitor our children in their room at night. All in all, we highly recommend this villa and would come back!

Geweldige airbnb, met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Was heerlijk wakker worden. Je hebt een gedeeld zwembad, maar we hebben de gehele vakantie alleen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Fijne omgeving je voelt je veilig en hebt eetplekken en een kleine supermarkt op 3 min loopafstand. We komen hier zeker terug.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Saint Martin. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay even snacks, water, and drinks at arrival. Easy walk to the small grocery store, restaurants, and beach. The air conditioning worked very well. We were very happy with our stay. The French cuisine was amazing near by.

Great stay! The studio was perfect for my needs and was within a short drive to everything you want to see. The sunsets from the patio were beautiful. I would recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island as taxis will add up quickly. Free parking right in front of the building. Nadia was very communicative with check in and check out. My flight was delayed and the hosts were accommodating with a slightly later check out time so I didn't have to sit at the airport for hours and hours.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement: très tranquille et semi -privé, puisqu’il y a des locataires dans les autres condos. Cela nous a permis de connaître davantage la région! Le logement est confortable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les climatisateurs dans les chambres fonctionnent très bien, la cuisine offrait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (nous y avons pris presque tous nos repas), et Isabelle a même acheté un mélangeur pour nous, le coin-salon est confortable et la terrasse est très grande. La piscine est un gros boni pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Il y a aussi une petite bibliothèque où l’on peut emprunter des livres (la majorité en français). Le village est vraiment paisible, tout est situé à distance de marche: boulangerie, 5 minutes; plage Coralita, 8 minutes; plage Dawning, 15-20 minutes et plusieurs collines; quatre restaurants, 5 minutes de marche. Les supermarchés sont à 10-15 minutes en voiture (Carrefour, Super U). Nous serions heureux d’y retourner!

Very nice place, enjoyed the pool and local beaches. French bakery is within walking distance! We didn’t have running water for 3 days because workers were on strike but it was of no fault of the owners. We had a wonderful visit! Thank you Marietta for sharing your home.

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

A great house. Looks like the photos. It has an extremely practical layout for groups or families and the outdoor pool area and views are spectacular. Magali and Cathy were always friendly and responsive and extremely honourable to deal with. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and responded to immediately. An example of how great the hosts were : our 3 year old left his favourite stuffed animal in the world behind in the house when we left, and we only discovered this when already at the airport. Cathy drove the toy across the island to our friends that were staying another night, and our friends brought it home to us the next day. We are so appreciative and so is our son!
