Optimal value for money. The apartment is well maintained and well equipped. Tonia is very friendly and uncomplicated and was always easily accessible. :-)

The house met expectations, it's much more spacious than it looks from the photos. Clean rooms, views from the wonderful balcony, Giusy and her husband were very helpful in giving us suggestions on restaurants and beaches to visit!

This is a great place to stay in Peschici! There isn't parking on site but we were able to easily find paid public parking down the street.

A really nice stay! A clean little house with everything you need and above all a veranda where you can eat with spectacular views. The center of Peschici is a 15-minute walk. Annamaria and her family are really kind and helpful people. Upon arrival we found fresh water in the fridge, which after a long trip is always very welcome, and also two spumantini. We had an issue with the car and they immediately helped us resolve the issue as soon as possible. So thank you so much for letting us have a great holiday!

the apartment is small but cozy, comfortable for a couple, a family of 4 would have been a little tight. The one I stayed in was a single room with a bedroom and kitchenette, the balcony is very comfortable for eating outdoors. Luckily and although there was no TV, but it was not a problem.

We were personally welcomed by Antonio upon our arrival and he explained everything important to us in his warm manner. If you have any questions or a problem, he was immediately there for us and came directly to help us. He was always very attentive. The place is as described, we felt right at home! The bed is super comfortable, we were able to sleep very well. There is also a roof terrace and a small balcony with the option to dry the laundry outside, which is perfect:) The cleanliness was great and we arrived directly in Italy. Supermarkets are within walking distance, the old town is fantastic and there are very tasty ice cream parlors! The local beach is a maximum of 15 minutes away (faster if you walk the stairs) and there are other beautiful beaches as well. If you keep your eyes open and bring some patience, you'll always find a free parking space. It was also positive that the street we lived in is very animal-loving, I love it <3

Charming apartment in a lovely old Villa, with great views. The apartment looks better in real life than in the photos, is well equipped and comfortable whilst having it's own style. There are other rentals in the same property, but it is laid out in a way to feel very private and there is plenty of parking. The views from the terrace are fantastic and it is well placed for day tripping to the beach, hiking in the Gargano park or visiting Monte St. Angelo.

Antonio was a great host. The place was just like the photos. At check-in, he gave us useful and practical information about staying in Mattinate. It's a small quiet town. They don't have sandy beaches, but it can be reached by car and are not far. Staying here was great. Thanks!

The house is in a perfect location for visiting the historic center, the services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants) are all within walking distance, beaches 10 minutes by car. The hosts who welcomed us are helpful and kind. The house is clean and has a wonderful terrace, it's worth the trip. I absolutely recommend it!

Location a little outside the town but very quiet and convenient to reach. Host Giovanni is impeccable, always kind and helpful! The dad is a very nice and equally helpful gentleman! Very spacious and very clean apartment, equipped with all the comforts! We had a great time!

Marco and Federica are truly exceptional hosts! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was fast, friendly and helpful - every question was answered immediately. Check-in and check-out were absolutely hassle-free. The apartment itself is spacious and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The great terrace was an absolute highlight! The location of the apartment is also optimal. In summary, it can be said: An all-round successful stay. An absolute recommendation! We'd love to come back.

The accommodation is very pleasant to live in and perfect for discovering the old center of Vico on foot, going down to the beach and hiking in the forest (with a car)

We were welcomed by Lucrezia and her husband who showed us the house and gave us the first necessary directions to settle in; also when during the stay we happened to have questions they always responded promptly. They provided us with a high chair and a crib for our 2-year-old and, having two children, they left us some extra towels of various types in case of need. The apartment fully corresponds to the photos on the site and the terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful dinners overlooking the sea.

Simona was an excellent host , the apartment is gorgeous and close to restaurants and the town by walking, Simona gave great recommendations for local restaurants and even helped us ordering fantastic pizza by delivery! We would come back in a heartbeat! Very close to visit Padre Pio sanctuary and Saint Michael cave .

Great location, a stone's throw from Vieste and the beach but at the same time perfect for relaxing. Very kind during the check-in organized in the shortest time possible having children with us. The house is spacious, suitable without problems for 3 couples plus children, outdoor patio, really nice pool, and then a lot of good hospitality and hospitality. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved Angelo’s apartment and how friendly he was. It was the perfect place to unwind before having to get on the road again. Great location and close to restaurants.

Very nice apartment, spacious, very well located in the city, very well furnished. The only progress that could be made is to put an air conditioning in the large bedroom, because even pushing the air conditioning in the dining / living room, it was sometimes a little hot in the bedroom (but it's also because it was extremely hot outside!)

Very well located accommodation near the port and shops and city center within walking distance. Very well equipped kitchen. Responsive host: we were a little cold the first night, I told Filomena and the next day she brought us other blankets. Ease of parking at the port in October, free parking this season
