Our stay was great. The apartment was in our expectation and everything according to the description. We found the property super suitable, beautiful building, located perfect. we indicate the property.

We stayed at Emmanuel’s place with our two kids (4 months old and 3 years old) and it was delightful. Building There’s plenty to do at the building itself. We used mostly the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, as well as the kids swimming pool, where the water slide was a hit. The place doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a convenience store next door and a couple of restaurants just a stroll away serving the freshest seafood. Apartment The apartment was clean and had everything we needed: from kitchen appliances and cutlery to fresh towels and linens. What surprised us the most was the warm water in the shower - a rare find in João Pessoa. Also, if you have kids: the balcony has a safety net 👍🏼 Area The area is best discovered with a car. Public transport isn’t either reliable or safe - not specific to this area. There are a few attractions around, but the area is best for those looking for tranquil beach holidays - I don’t know what it is like in the Summer though.

Neide is an excellent host: attentive, helpful and responds super fast. The apartment is beautiful, new, well decorated and equipped. I felt at home! Intermares is a quiet neighborhood, excellent for practicing physical activities by the sea. I recommend it to everyone who likes tranquility!

Without words to describe our experience in Marcelo's AP, we traveled with family, in total 6 people and since the day we closed with him has given us all the attention and indications of places to go. The building is the apartment were impeccable, all very organized, the building with a beautiful view and the appliances all great. The view of the beautiful, perfect pool, I took high pictures and the children did not want to leave the pool. The place is very quiet and the beach front of the building very quiet and clean, for those with children is perfect. The view from the pool you see the sun rising from the sea side and on the other side the Paraíba River you see the sun set, simply perfect. We will definitely go back again and stay in the same place. Ahh, the perfect shower, with lots of water, the whole apartment very clean, we felt at home 🤌🏻 I am coffee maker and I don't like the coffee made in the coffee maker, I spoke with Marcelo if I could arrange a bottle of coffee and at the same time we took 😍

We were very well received by Emerson, who was always requested and gave me tips not only from the house but also from the city, tourist tips and about the stay. The house is very beautiful, comfortable and spacious, exactly what we were looking for. I loved this stay, I indicate 100%!

Being at Casa Aratu is more than spending the weekend in a beach house. But it is to be in a lost paradise, to get in touch with nature, it is to feel freedom within the short space-time. Casa Aratu brings in itself peace and connection with nature. City Council brings tranquility and calmness. The fishing village is a charm and, although it does not have as much infrastructure, this is the fact that it turns the place into a spectacle. Gabriela welcomed us in an incredible way by always being very helpful and assisting us in the doubts of how to proceed. I will return more often if my life allows. And when that happens I hope to find Casa Aratu with the same peace I found this time.

The place is great, certainly one of the best accommodation in the area for what I could see nearby. The house is very beautiful and has all the utensils necessary for a good stay. If I need to return to Barra de Mamanguape, I will certainly book one of Kelly's properties.

The house is beautiful! Very spacious, very airy and with a wonderful patio in the back through which you can access a trail through the sandbank to go to the beach. José and his wife were very attentive and welcomed us very well. We want to return soon to this little paradise!

They were great days of rest and contact with nature, the space is great, very ventilated and the kitchen has all the necessary items. Everything matches the photos and is better in person. Adriana welcomed us, gave us useful information and was very friendly and helpful, the check-in and checkout was super smooth. We will return as soon as possible.

The accommodation is according to the photos and description on the website. For those who like place and contact with nature, a very quiet place. Great for those who want to take the boat rides from the Bar de Mamanguape. We were made to feel very welcome, and I intend to go back again and again.

Our stay was perfect, my family and I felt at home! The apartment is super comfortable, we don't miss anything. It is super quiet to prepare meals, while the wine is freezing in the minibar, then just enjoy the food and a wonderful view through the living room window. Speaking of sight, we were graced with beautiful sunrises and sunsets there in the Rooftop area, an area that surprised us, as it is much better than in the photos here. Another point to be praised are the staff of the building, extremely polite and requested. The host is also very polite and easy to communicate. The only complaint we have is that Édypo didn't let us stay any longer! 🤣 We spend 1 month and we wanted more, but there it is so good that there was no more vacancy!! We will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!

We rented only one night, which is quite difficult in some apartments to rent for a night, so for this reason it is already a positive review, we had a great rest, a quiet night, no noises, comfortable beds, small apartment, but we were in 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. I recommend the apartment and the condominium is a true paradise, foot in the sand, wonderful beach, our daughters love the pools, the toy library, zip line, it's worth it! The stay was very good and quiet. Romualdo was very helpful and always responded quickly. We learned at the last minute that the pool was under maintenance and it was the only disadvantage, otherwise it was excellent!
