Waterfront holiday rentals in Bahagian Kuching

The location is truly exceptional. We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The riverwalk went right by the condo. On New Year’s Eve we had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony. It was a great place to enjoy two weeks in Kuching. I highly recommend it!

Pros-1st time staying here and the place was incredible, feels like home. Clean & spacious. Seaview just perfect.. juz bit frustrated coz the weather was not on our side. Cons- bedding bit hard, hopefully can be replace with more comfortable

The place is located in the centre of Kuching city centre and it was easy for us to go anywhere. Communication with Natalie (co-host) was excellent as they were very responsive and accommodating! The apartment is also as described and we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful place to stay in Kuching as it is right next to the river and has a brand new look. The area also feels very safe with good restaurants within walking distance. Thank you to Artizan for providing a great place to stay in Kuching.

Very well located accommodation both for its proximity to the city center and its magnificent view from the balcony. As well as in a quality complex (welcome lobby and pool). Interior of the apartment very friendly and as described. Very responsive host. I would recommend it.

Ok! Nice place

There were few hiccups where certain amenities was not fuctioning during our stay but Dick was very proactive and responsive in making sure that our stay was worthwhile. The place is nice and huge for family to stay. Very peaceful neighbourhood. Thanks Dick for accommodating us, will definitely stay agin in the future.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host is kind and responsive, making everything so easy and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others!

We traveled with friends, and the six of us (four adults and two kids) stayed at Welyne and Gilles' home during our visit to Sarawak. We all had a wonderful time. The house is situated in a peaceful and scenic location, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s also conveniently close to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable with pool, and very well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Welyne and Gilles were excellent hosts—very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local culture, enjoy delicious meals, and take part in a durian tasting that Welyne kindly arranged. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

I would say that the home felt very cosy and a quiet place for family. On top of the all excellent amenities and facilities such as bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, the host really pull an effort to make the place feels like home by providing indoor boardgames such as scrabble, carrom and congkak, which lighten up the moods for my kids. Overall, excellent stay and highly recommended.

Awesome place for a short getaway. Great location in centre of Kuching. the place is super cozy for 2 guests complete with all the facilities. the host is super responsive. Will repeat again for a staycation in Kuching.

superb interaction with host who lives nearby. Pool is huge and overlooks Sarawak River. Not many users of pool. Condo is very attractively decorated and feels like home. Quick shot in elevator down to pool. Condo has view south to city - better than many others in this multistage development, whose views are completely blocked. Restaurants and shopping markets within easy walking distance. Downtown hub of Kuching is a 5 minute drive via Grab at cost of about US$1. South side of Sarawak River is more Chinese; north side more Malay. Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana wing has a rooftop bar. Newly opened Sheraton [Feb 2024] has a Japanese restaurant on the roof. 21 Bistro has live music downstairs, and attractive restaurant upstairs with no smoking. Borneo Cultures Museum is huge and well presented. Sarawak Cultural Village at Damai [45 minutes drive from downtown Kuching hosts longhouse models to explore and dance show. Enactors teach poison blow dart use to visitors.

great stay at this condo. it is facing river side, which is so peaceful all day long. we even slept without Aircon because the airflow is so good. there is ceiling fan and it is quiet also. we love this condo unit. will definitely come back

beautiful view. fast wifi. big tv. complete kitchen equipment even though it's small. the toilet is clean... everything is as described. and the owner is also good and quick response...

Stayed for a family vacation. Apartment looked old from the outside, but the inside was very well renovated and Cleaner. Looks exactly like in the pictures. Close to sight seeing spots and eatery’s. Host was very responsive too. Will definitely be back!

Joanne was very accommodating to our request and her place is so homey and comfortable. Not to forget the view from the windows. We came with the whole family and we enjoyed the place so much.
