Nice place for family trip, very near to the city center.

We had a really great stay at Brian's place! 10 of us booked Brian's place because not only can it accommodate 10 people, none of the beds are bunkbeds, so it's very comfortable for all of us. Brian provided us with very detailed explanation for self check-in and how to access the free parking spots on the basement, and we didn't run into any problems. Brian also gave us the option for early check-in, which was very much appreciated 🥹 The place was nice, homey, and most importantly CLEAN. I'm usually picky about beds & sofas 🤧 but Brian kept them all clean and we didn't find any dust even on the fabric of the sofa. All amenities listed are there. No issues in finding anything. Kitchen was fully equipped, running, and clean. The location is also great, right across from 101 food centre 🤤 Overall 100/100. Will definitely book Brian's place again if we ever come back to Kuching 🐱 Thanks Brian for being a great host ✨️

This apartment was just like the pictures, very clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It was easy to relax here and at night time it was quiet. The pool area was nice, but the downstairs shopping mall is mostly empty. The location is good if you want to move around in Kuching with car or grab, since it’s kind of in the middle of everything. The host was friendly and responded quickly! Overall a good stay!

I need to post pix! The place was clean and complete, and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Bathroom was excellent and amenities were great. Also, Jean-Yves was AVAILABLE for sudden needs. The aircon went afoul and started dripping. Jean-Yves was there in a flash to handle it. Also I somehow managed to drop the access card SOMEWHERE (I'm a doofus). Jean-Yves took time out of his evening to drive over with a replacement card. If I can find a way to post the pictures I took of the apartment, I'll do that (having some technical difficulties where I am though). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jean-Yves' place. I was totally comfortable living there.

positive: room was really nice and cosy, pillow and bedding very good quality. Bathroom was very nice. The kitchen is with perfect amenities with bowl ,spoon, microwave, refrigerator,washing machine, dryer and all the kitchenette is also provide. whole room very clean. from the moment my family stepped into my room, i felt a sense of comfort and relaxation, almost as if i were in my own home. the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries including shampoo ,body wash, hand soap and hairdryer ( thankfully) was powerful enough for my long hair. one of the thing i loved the most about the homestay was its peaceful ambiance. its was quiet and serene with no traffic noise disturbing my stay. i would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and high quality stay! i would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Have 3 room. 1 master room that have toilet inside room and 2 room. All room have queen size bed. Second toilet at outside. The outside balkoni have view of plane take off and landing. Have extra mattress. Nice place to stay.

A nice apartment with a balcony that has a beautiful view of Kuching and the river. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. The shower is amazing. The only downside was that there’s no cutlery in the kitchen. The host was really friendly, always helping when I had questions.

It is definitely a good place for value, clean and comfortable place. Host is responsive and friendly for all my inquiries. Very suitable for those who want a big space for group and location near to Imperial Hotel.

beautiful view. fast wifi. big tv. complete kitchen equipment even though it's small. the toilet is clean... everything is as described. and the owner is also good and quick response...

Super nice place. Will come back again. Hope can have 1 night stay instead of min stay 2 nights. Because sometimes we only need to stay 1 night there. The only problem is the rubbish room is smelly when you pass by to the lift.
