This place is a true gem. Tucked away in a private compound surrounded by jungle, it offered the perfect mix of peace, comfort, and natural beauty. The home itself is made of stone and wood, which gives it a really grounded, earthy feel, and the design balances rustic charm with modern comfort beautifully. Waking up to the view of the lake and the sound of birds, with banana trees and herbs just outside the door, felt like a dream. It’s incredibly private and quiet—ideal for anyone looking to unplug and recharge. At the same time, everything inside is well thought out and comfortable, from the cozy living spaces to the subtle touches that make the place feel special. I really appreciated how it felt both tucked into nature and still very much a luxurious stay. The host and their family were so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. It made the experience feel even more special and cared for. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful, inspiring retreat in nature.

Nripaswi’s place is in the centre of Kathmandu . Walking distance to Pashupati nath Temple and Tribhuwan international Airport . It was the cheap and best stay .

I can't recommend this place enough. Deepak and his family are wonderful hosts. Everything is quite modern and the Coffee is excellent. I would definitely book again!

Good location. It is located just beside the hotel Ambassador. Center to all major places. Host is very responsive. There is "pizza inn" restaurant in the ground floor. One can have food within the premises. Overall it's a good experience.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

The place is nice and cozy and is well facilitated with all the utilities. The apartment is located in prime city area with loads of options for restaurants. Places like the Kathmandu Durbar Square is also within walking distance if you are looking to explore the city. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained and is secluded if you are looking for some privacy. The owner is also super nice and friendly. Overall my experience here was good and I recommend this place.

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, cozy getaway from the city into nature and the Himalayas - do not think twice about booking Samyak's place!! This is exactly what we were looking for, and we were so happy to find a place like this in Nagarkot. There are two cozy rooms (the 2nd is in a separate listing, in case you have more people), overlooking the Himalayan range. It is a 10-15 min walk down from the main Nagarkot town, so you get peace and privacy while also being close enough to the square. The cottage is connected to another homestay, where you can get delicious freshly home-cooked meals with veggies picked straight from their family's farm. There is a place for a campfire, and ample outdoor area to just relax and read a book. The rooms are extremely cozy, comfortable, and clean, with attached kitchen and gas if you like to cook. Samyak is also always available on call to help with everything! Thank you Samyak, we absolutely loved our stay!!

The Cozy Cabin at Scenic Nagarkot Hill is such a hidden gem! It has a warm, inviting vibe with everything you need to make your stay special. The mountain views are absolutely breathtaking, I could re-connect again with nature and de-stress as the location is so beautiful. The host Samyak was super friendly and always available, making sure all my needs were taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and welcoming place to stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this spot!
