The guests apartment , on ground floor, consists of an open space with lounge, kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a separated double bedroom. The unique backyard of Casa Petra, framed by the ancient walls of the Church Sant'Apollinare Old built in the year 1000, is open to our guests.

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood and clean house, it is totally worth it. Host was super responsive and helped us with couple things. Two things to have in mind is that it is second floor and it is a bit cold, but could be beneficiary in spring/summer, for me it was great advantage. You need at least 20 min to get to the center, but the neighborhood totally compensates that. Recommended!

i had a wonderful stay at Stefano’s place ! the rooms look much better than the pictures and the entire place has so much character. the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, and Stefano went above and beyond as a host, was extremely helpful and accomodating, providing me with anything i may need ! i wholeheartedly recommend the place for a couple days’ stay in Milano. ☀️

Silvia is the most helpful host, her apartment on the second floor was easy to access and spotlessly clean. The quality of furniture was excellent with great attention to detail. The very comfortable bed was on a mezzanine floor accessed by a narrow staircase. If you have mobility problems or young children this may not work, but we were ok with this. Silvia provided lovely touches of welcome. Some water, chocolate, fruit and house slippers. Her comprehensive folder in 4 languages ensures that you get off to a good start. Located in Baggio, it still has feel of a village, next to an ancient church there are many local excellent restaurants to dine and both weekly and permanent markets to find quality ingredients if you choose to dine in. It is a 6 minute walk to the bus stop and easy access to the M1 metro line. We would recommend Silvia as an excellent host, stylish apartment and great location to stop off and use to visit Milan.
