Casa Petra is a recovered 17th century house in the middle of historical block of Milan, Baggio. The guests apartment , on ground floor, consists of an open space with lounge, kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a separated double bedroom. It is possible to complete the accommodation with an addition kid bed or baby bed. The unique backyard of Casa Petra, framed by the ancient walls of the Church Sant'Apollinare Old built in the year 1000, is open to our guests.

Modern open space in Milan. Newly renovated and completely refurnished. Very bright with a view of the lively ancient core outside the city. Eat-in kitchen, living space, bedroom, walk-in closet, dressing room and bathroom with shower. Air conditioner, dishwasher and washing machine. Within walking distance of the Cave Park, ideal for outdoor activities. Direct connections by ATM bus 67 or 58 to subway line 1. In the area, there are bars, restaurants, bakeries and delicious cafes.

Master bedroom with bathroom. Independent access via armored door on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Ideal for events at the Stadium, Racecourse, Milan City-Rho Fair and to visit Milan as it is 2 km from the S. Siro Stadium (Metro M5) which can be reached by public transport in 10 minutes (on foot in 25 minutes). The house is also comfortable for those arriving by car, as it has free parking in front of the gate and is 3 km from the S. Siro exit of the West Tangenziale.

It has air conditioning, independent heating, a TV, and a washer/dryer. Free parking in a garage for small and medium cars and on the street.

i had a wonderful stay at Stefano’s place ! the rooms look much better than the pictures and the entire place has so much character. the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, and Stefano went above and beyond as a host, was extremely helpful and accomodating, providing me with anything i may need ! i wholeheartedly recommend the place for a couple days’ stay in Milano. ☀️

I stayed in Nadia's apartment for a few days during a visit to Milan and the experience was great. The house is located in the Baggio area, a quiet neighborhood well connected to the center by public transport. Ideal for those who want to visit the city but also enjoy a little peace after a busy day. The apartment is cozy and clean, equipped with all the essential comforts. Nadia, Antonio's daughter, was a very kind host: available from the first contact, punctual and ready to offer useful advice on what to see in the area or where to eat. It made my stay very pleasant. Would love to go back!

Silvia is the most helpful host, her apartment on the second floor was easy to access and spotlessly clean. The quality of furniture was excellent with great attention to detail. The very comfortable bed was on a mezzanine floor accessed by a narrow staircase. If you have mobility problems or young children this may not work, but we were ok with this. Silvia provided lovely touches of welcome. Some water, chocolate, fruit and house slippers. Her comprehensive folder in 4 languages ensures that you get off to a good start. Located in Baggio, it still has feel of a village, next to an ancient church there are many local excellent restaurants to dine and both weekly and permanent markets to find quality ingredients if you choose to dine in. It is a 6 minute walk to the bus stop and easy access to the M1 metro line. We would recommend Silvia as an excellent host, stylish apartment and great location to stop off and use to visit Milan.
