Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Flott, moderne sted med nydelig utsikt nær Oslo

Dette moderne bostedet er perfekt for venner, par eller familie med to romslige soverom med gode dobbeltsenger. Det er muligheter for oppredning for to til sengeplasser. Stort kjøkken med unik utsikt. Boligen har en stor veranda på stue siden med komfortable utemøbler og en på kjøkken siden. Kjempe fint bad med badekar. Muligheter for lån av sykler. Boligen ligger nærme skibakke og fine tur utflukter. Det tar kun 30 min inn til Oslo med buss og tog eller 10 minutter til Sandvika sentrum.

Dette er i et fredelig villaområde, i gangavstand til buss som tar deg til Oslo Sentrum på cirka 30 minutter. Utleier bor i samme hus og deler parkering og hage. Huset er lytt, så dette stedet egner seg ikke til fest og bråk, men passer for rolige røykfrie mennesker. Et fint utgangspunkt for å utforske Oslo og omegn!

Welcome to a modern, bright and cozy living space within a calm, quiet and child friendly neighborhood. We are just 5 mins by car to Asker downtown and train station, 15-20 mins by car to Oslo and 20-30 mins by public transportation (bus + train) to Oslo city center (#Aker Brygge). We live near the sea with around 15-20 mins walk to Hvalstrand or Spirabukta. Great opportunity for outdoor hikes right from our doorstep! Perfect for couples or solo business travellers!

Cozy suite in the basement of a stylish 2015 house, with private entrance. It is located in the beautiful and calm area of Ullern, close to subway and bus stops that connect to the city centre in 15-20 minutes, and Flybussen FB3 (direct night line to Oslo Airport in 70 minutes). This 23 m2 suite consists of a nice living room, bathroom and washing room. There is NO KITCHEN available but there is a mini-fridge, microwave oven and coffee/tea amenities.

Nydelig kjellersuite til leie, i et rolig villaområde. 3 minutter gange til bussholdeplass. (Buss 160, går inn til Oslo S, via Sandvika hvert 15. minutt) 5 minutters kjøretur til Kolsås T-banestasjon. Og kommer du alternativt med bil, så er det gratis parkering på gårdsplassen. Mulig å ordne henting på Kolsås T-banestasjon, dersom det skulle passe med ankomst tidspunkt.

Veldig kompakt hybel 13m2 (140ft2) med dobbeltseng. Moderne bad med dusj. 4 minutter til T-bane, 11 minutter til sentrum. Wifi (150mbs+). Frisk luft. Innsjekk er i utgangspunktet fra 1800 (pga klargjøring), men kan være fra kl 1200 etter avtale. Det er trappefri adkomst fra parkeringsplass, men hvis du vil benytte T-banen, så må man gå opp og ned trapper.

The property is situated in a fantastic location, within 600m from the sea and easy access to the beaches of Høvikodden and Kalvøya. A supermarket is within 150m from the apartment (Coop Extra) The flat is located next to the Main road (E18).

Please notice there is not a dedicated kitchen in the unit. However there is a fridge, electric water boiler, coffee maker and dishes but not a stove and sink. You can always ask for extra appliances.
