Huset har store vinduer med sjøutsikt, en sovealkove med enkeltseng, stue med sovesofa og hybelkjøkken. Badet er nytt og moderne med steamdusj Huset ligger i et rolig villaområde men du må regne med noe støy fra E 18. Sentral beliggenhet med bussholdeplass 3 min unna, sandvika stasjon er ca 10 min unna
