Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bærum

After long journey from Copenahgen, we stayed at this place, location was easy to find, had a best view from dining and balcony

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly communicative and easy to reach throughout our trip. The house itself is designer beautiful, impeccably clean, and very well-equipped. The welcome pack was comprehensive and check-in was made a breeze with the electronic lock. The hot tub was always warm, making it perfect for relaxation. This property is ideal for families, but would also be a fantastic choice for adult travellers. Its location is excellent, with easy access to central Oslo and multiple supermarkets within a short driving distance. We highly recommend this property for a delightful stay! When can we come back?

Marianne is an excellent host. We stayed for 3 months and any queries we’ve had have been addressed swiftly. The property is in excellent condition and catered for two adults and a toddler. We particularly appreciated that the area is quiet and full of nature. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Hanne’s house. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The house is set up well for a large family and was very clean. The bedrooms are either up or down a flight of stairs. The house is in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with a big backyard. The train station and bus stops that take you into Olso are a quick 15 minute walk from the house. The train from the airport comes directly to the station near their house. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside on the patio overlooking the apple trees.

Beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood with several playgrounds for the kids along with some great walking paths. The house is literally a minute from the bus stop, a bus that takes you into Oslo city center in about 40 minutes or so. 5 minutes from the beautiful Bærums Verk village too which is worth a visit. House itself was spotless and very well equipped with everything you may need, wonderful garden with a bbq which came in handy as the sun was out our entire trip.. almost, minus a rainy day. Extemely good value for money. 5/5 for us, we had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back.

Christine was incredibly welcoming and showed us around, making sure we knew that if we needed anything or any help at all, we could just contact her. We truly enjoyed our stay at her property. Absolutely fantastic home when we were six people visiting friends in Oslo for a long weekend. Lovely garden with lawn for the kids and plenty of space inside. Excellent

We had a lovely, relaxed time in Oslo. The apartment was super equipped, very clean, quiet, and the subway was 7 minutes away. Bakery and shopping center also 7min walk. We can only recommend the apartment.

We are a family of 4 (me, my wife and 2 young adult kids) on driving trip. We stayed 2 nights. Beautiful home in upscale neighborhood along the coast. Ruth recommended taking the bus into the city rather than driving and dealing with parking hassles, etc. This worked out very well since you can take one bus which starts a 5 min walk from the house and goes all the way into the central city. Ruth is very kind and easy to work with.

Location and accommodations are good for a solo traveler - easy walk to transportation and grocery store

Should be in confirmation in Bryn / at Rykkin so the location was perfect. Decent space that made the use and good bed. Responded quickly to messages.

I stayed here for a work trip and everything was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Beautiful home. 2 minute walk to a small beach. Neighborhood setting - very quiet and relaxing. 15 min from downtown Oslo. Great for large parties (we had 11 adults). Excellent hostess. Loved our stay. Would highly recommend.

We were extremely impressed with the property. After an initial walkaround my husband was very complimentary about the fixtures and fittings, although wondered about the amount of space available. I then pointed out to him that there was an entire downstairs he hadn't looked around yet... a huge playroom area, a cellar, another bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and when we return to the area will definitely be checking availability!

We had such an amazing time during our stay and we couldn’t have wished for more! The house was just perfect, spacious and had it all! Absolutely loved Bente’s family home. We stayed with my mom, my brother, my nephew, and my wife and two daughters (7 people in total). Wonderful place for a stay with kids. Floor-to-ceiling windows, even nicer in person than in the photos! Clean, well equipped and spotless on arrival. Even with great smelling towels and diffusers in the bathrooms. The kids loved the trampoline. Easy access to bus transit as well. Highly recommend for a family trip to Oslo.

An exceptional home in a very special place. We had a magical time here. We have small children whom adored the short stroll to the idyllic beach, and playing in the cute playground. The summer ferry into the city from Fornebu was so charming, and such a greatway to see the city. Knut and his family have created a very special space & it felt like a real home. Knut was a wonderful host, & nothing was a problem. We really hope to stay in this amazing house again.

We booked last minute and Eva was very helpful. The place was sunny and had fresh flowers on the table. Very nice and would highly recommend!
