Pinnacle of Relaxation

Quaint lakefront cottage with the bonus of a separate guest house. The cottage features an open living room and kitchen with a great view of the lake. The main bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The upstairs loft is great for younger travelers and features a full mattress on the floor. The guest house has a double bed with a twin trundle, and another full bathroom. There is boat ramp access and a dock for swimming. A beautiful and relaxing retreat!

This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. There are no cameras anywhere in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop Challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery—Badin Lake, is a twenty-minute ride. Dennis Vineyards is 8 miles away. Guests over one are an additional $15 per day per person (kids under 2 N/C a pet charge of $10 per day per animal. Pets MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. (Airbnb cannot charge the correct "daily" pet fee.) We will ask for any difference after you book.

Forget your worries in this nice spacious and serene home near downtown High Point. Very essentially located. Four bedrooms and three and a half baths home with a King Master and full bath on main floor with living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room with half bath in an open floor plan with work space. Upstairs there is another den area connected to a hallway that leads to a second queen master with ensuite bathroom along with Two queen rooms with a full bathroom in hallway.
