Holiday rentals in Badija

We’ve stayed in countless Airbnbs over the last 10 years, and Mia’s place in Korcula would have to be our favourite! The apartment itself is stylish and very comfortable for 4 guests. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need for cooking at home. The bedrooms were luxurious with comfortable bedding and we had the best sleep every night. The washer and dryer were invaluable too. The location of the apartment is in a great part of the town - close to the water and nearby great restaurants and bars. We can only wish to return and stay again some time!

It is said that nothing in this world is perfect, but our experience here was absolutely perfect. From beginning to end the hospitality was intuitive and generous, and the space was curated beautifully. That’s without even mentioning the location. The serene setting is the chef’s kiss. So good!

Wir sind mit der Gastfreundschaft und der professionellen Vorgehensweise der Gastgeber zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist der Leistungskategorie entsprechend gut ausgestattet. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung zum Strand und anderen Freizeiteinrichtungen. Gastronomiebetriebe verfügen über ein hervorragendes Angebot und erschwingliche Preise. Die Menschen, die hier leben, sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir können es jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Gabrijela was very helpful and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Apartment situated in the centre of old town, everything was easily accessible. It was beautifully fitted out by her and her husband and I would certainly recommend it for a couple looking to spend a few nights in Korcula, which is very scenic

🌟 Ein Traumurlaub in perfekter Lage! 🌟 Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen zu dürfen – und es war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch absolut gepflegt und sauber. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem großzügigen Außenbereich mit dem herrlichen Pool – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit einen perfekten Platz zum Sitzen, Essen oder einfach nur zum Relaxen. Der gemauerte Grill rundet das Ganze perfekt ab – ideal für gemütliche Abende mit leckerem Essen und einem Glas Wein. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen: absolute Ruhe, wunderschöne Natur und viel Privatsphäre. Dennoch ist alles, was man braucht, gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu Dritt und haben 4 Nächte in Georgs Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Vom Anfang bis am Schluss einfach sensationell. Georg war sehr gut erreichbar, hat für uns noch einen Parkplatz in der Marina organisiert und wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft dort bereits von Deni erwartet. Sie hat uns dann zu Wohnung begleitet und uns alles erklärt. Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt in der Fußgängerzone und ist über ein paar Stufen sehr gut erreichbar. Restaurants hat es also gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön renoviert, ausgewählt eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. In der Küche und im Badezimmer hat es auch alles, was es braucht, um ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen. Georg hat sich auch die Mühe gemacht, verschiedene Restaurant- und Ausflugtipps aufzuschreiben und wenn wir etwas nicht wussten, war Deni gerne und schnell bereit, uns mit Tipps zu versorgen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jede Sekunde genossen und können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!

This place is absolutely amazing. We loved every second of staying here. Very secluded, if you decided you didn’t want to see ANYONE for a few days this is the place to go. The walk to the private beach is not easy (so be cautious) but definitely worth it. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking! The outside grill was awesome, we probably used it every night for dinner. SO BEAUTIFUL.. even better than the pictures!! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience Croatia in its raw form.
