Holiday rentals with a pool in Badian

Great place to relax and hang! It's simple, private and peaceful. Had a beautiful sunset view and very convenient access by the sea.

This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

The charged bill of the electrcity is understandable since the rate of the electric company is quite high. all in all my experience in the place is so far great. Place will recharge you sea windy breeze, view is amazing and the place is so solemn my mind is full charge. Thanks jake and ate erma all in all the price is justified the electricity bill.

If you are truly looking for luxury this place isn’t for you, but it’s fine for a decent place to sleep and it’s close to town. The beds are soft. The bedrooms do have ac that get the room decently cool. There are no blackout curtains, it’s full light by 6am in the main bedroom. There is a rooster that starts crowing at 3am and doesn’t stop until around 8. He’s very loud. The water pressure is awful, like it’s almost unusable a slight trickle out of sink and the shower makes it feel like you’ll never get enough to wash your hair from shampoo. The linens and towels are clean but stained. I didn’t like that people come in to clean without our knowledge or permission, that isn’t noted in the listing. A lot of things are broken or about to break like the shower holder, the main bedroom bathroom door hinge, the sliding glass door upstairs. we had a good stay at Mariane's place. felt at home, very peaceful and there is privacy. the caretaker was a wonderful person who was always there when needed. Mariane was always responsive and always checking on us to see if we are good. All in all I recommend this place and will always spend my holidays there. 100%

My family really enjoyed the place as it is huge and clean. Host is responsive and the staff were friendly. Spacious bathrooms in each room and is very clean. This is the great place to relax with your family.

Out host Gemma is very responsive and accomodating. The place was great with clean accomdation with enough utensils for our cooking needs. The amout we paid for 3 nights stay (there was 4 of us) was not bad. I highly recommed this place or will stay again in the near future. Best location if your planning to join the CCM(cebu city marathon)

No question the place is great and clean. The only downside is the check in process is very redundant, host asking to fill up form for the names of the guest which you fill out and upload everyone's ID. Then the guard from the entrance of the location will also ask you to fill out all names of all the guest, after that another guard from the building where the unit is located will also ask you write all names again. The keycard of the main door, I don't know if it's defective or not but it took us almost an hour to enter and figure it out. it not like the ordinary keycard that you just tap and open. you need to try different angle and swipe in order to work. Overall the place is very clean and we'll maintained. recommend.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying here, and I keep coming back because the place has a great vibe and feels just like home. It’s always very clean and consistently well-maintained every time I visit. The host is also incredibly kind and responsive. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in Cebu City—hands down the best place to stay.

Fatima's place is phenomenal. the view was great, the room has so much space. the ambiance is good and we loved how the light inside the room is placed. I loved watching the sunrises on the patio, though the division kinda blocks the view but it is still great. I think the other room besides us has much better view. Too bad someone was staying in it when we arrived. the only downside is the road going to the apartment, but they did say that the road was very bad so we already expected it. it was also mentioned in the listing. it would be great if we can rent a motorcycle, too bad I don't have driver's license yet. (they also offer motorcycle for rent so you can just ask them) overall the place is really nice, will definitely come back if we go back to Bohol.
