Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et agencée. la literie est confortable. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la vue de la terasse est incroyable et le quartier très calme. la plage en bas à 2 min en voiture somptueuse. Giuliana a été super réactive et nous a accueilli au pied levé. au plaisir d un prochain sejour

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

Eine tolle Unterkunft für 2 Familien und 2 Hunde, die Gastgeber haben immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert, es war eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Es war schön, die Alpakas so nah zu erleben und am Schluss haben unsere Kinder sogar jeweils ein Alpaka Kuscheltier geschenkt bekommen. Für uns war die abgelegene Lage perfekt, die Fahrt zu den schönen Stränden war trotzdem nicht sehr weit!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Si nous pouvions mettre une note de 10 sur 5, nous le ferions sans hésiter . Nous pouvions rien demander de plus, l’hébergement est juste parfait. Daniele est tellement sympathique et réactif. Rien n’a redire.

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! Eine wunderschöne alleinstehende Villa in einem privaten Ferienhauskomplex mit mehreren Terrassen und atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer zu allen Seiten. Bei gutem Wetter kann man bis nach Korsika gucken und hat den Sonnenuntergang direkt vor sich über dem Meer. Sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Strände in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Vor Ort ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und mit dem Gastgeber Alessandro eine sehr gute und reibungslose Kommunikation. Wir haben unsere Zeit mit unseren 3 Kindern dort sehr genossen! Ein toller Familien-Ort!

Vi hade en underbar semester i huset. Hela familjen älskade läget med nära gångavstånd till Porto Cervo, den mysiga trädgården, den spektakulära takterrassen och att huset låg i ett lugnt område. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boendet till andra familjer.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Uns hat besonders die schöne Terrasse gefallen. Es war toll draußen Essen und verweilen zu können. Das Appartment ist frisch renoviert und äußerst gut ausgestattet, allen voran die Küche mit vielen Küchenutensilien. Ein kleines Highlight waren die beiden freundlichen Katzen - so süß! Die Lage ist sehr gut um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage. Ruhige Wohngegend. Mit ganztägig schattiger Terasse, was sehr angenehm ist, bei heißen Temperaturen und mit gigantischem Meerblick. Den kleinen ruhigen Strand erreicht man zu Fuß und ist dort oft ganz alleine. Stefania hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleinere Buchten und Strände zu entdecken, wenn man die großen eher meiden möchte. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt, mit allem was man benötigt. In San Theodoro gibt es von Juni - September einen tollen Nachtmarkt.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa Falco, es war einfach nur perfekt. Die Aussicht von der wunderschönen Terrasse ist gigantisch, das Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt, wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank Ian und auf bald!

Gorgeous Villa Mica! We didn’t want to leave. It is the most charming seaside villa - complete with your own little private beach.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Terrasse bietet ausreichend Platz zum Essen und Entspannen, toller Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Elisabetta hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden.

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Wir haben zu viert Mitte Juni ein paar Tage in Santa Reparata verbracht und sind einfach begeistert! Das Haus ist wunderschön und besticht vor allem durch den tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große, neu eingerichtete Küche, die gemütliche Terrasse mit Pool und die tolle Aussicht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen und die direkte Nähe zum Capo Testa und Santa Teresa Gallura als Hafenstadt war toll. Das Ferienhaus ist zudem gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein paar Ablageflächen in den Bad- und Schlafräumen sowie bequemere Matratzen wären toll gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden gerne wieder hierher kommen!

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊

Un excellent logement, calme, et une hôte très réactive et très gentille ! Letizia nous a même montrer leur vide avec des recommandations d’activités et de restaurant. La piscine est superbe, chauffée, propre, avec espace pataugeoire pour les enfants. Place de parc à disposition pour le logement. Par contre il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au Port car il n’y a pas de trottoirs. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !
