We stayed there for a few days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and in great condition, especially the fireplace was a highlight. We also liked the kitchen, super equipped and cozy. We had a good time and would be happy to come back!

The house was great and perfect for two families with small children. It is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and equipped. We would book again at any time and were absolutely satisfied. Thank you very much for the great stay and the friendly communication!

Beautiful bright accommodation over 3 floors with several seating areas outside (garden, terrace, balcony) in a quiet location. Bath, guest toilet and 2nd shower (in the sauna area). Good accessibility of public transport (bus 3 min. / Strasse 5 minutes) Then about 12 minutes to the city center. We felt comfortable! Thank you!

A very quiet and quiet place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

The accommodation is very suitable for a larger group, as there are many rooms and several bathrooms and toilets. As a large family (2 parents, 4 teenagers, aunt and grandfather), we appreciated the large dining table for socializing and playing games and enjoyed the large terrace with grill for barbecue evenings. There is enough space for everyone to be together, but also to rest alone. The hosts were very friendly and inquired about our well-being every day and responded quickly to our questions. The neighbors were also very friendly and even gave us tips for excursions and information about the area and its history. The area has many opportunities for activities for all ages: Excavated lakes for swimming, Ulm for sightseeing or shopping. But we liked the gelateria best, which was 5 minutes' walking distance away:-)) It was a very nice weekend and we would love to come back! Warmly, Family

Great place. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had a great time. A spacious house with a gorgeous garden. There are enough cutlery, dishes and utensils. The only glue would be the toaster that on putting on the lead, and the linens and towels have to be paid for separately. The listing states that there is a washer and dryer, but they do not specify that they are not in the home, it is communal and has to be paid for the service. Removing this last to been a very nice experience. We will repeat next time we come for Deuchland

We stayed with our company (10 people) for a few days in this villa and completely delighted. The house was absolutely clean, very well equipped and exactly as described – if not even better! Especially the foosball on the ground floor was great fun for us all and was one of the highlights. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the outdoor area invites you to relax. Communication with the host was also smooth. We would come back anytime – clear recommendation!

Very nice place to stay for a weekend with friends or family. Spacious kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. Separated from the lake only by the (non-disturbing) railway line, great view, very large playground on the lake, thermal baths and downtown within walking distance. We'd love to come back!

We had some cold days with rain during our week. That was also a reason to book this house. With nice weather, it is great to stay outside in the garden with the terraces and when it rains there is plenty to do inside with lots of space and freedom if you go with two families. Frank responds very quickly and friendly. Everything was clean. The description is what it is! There is plenty to do nearby and within an hour's drive through the beautiful Black Forest, there is plenty to do. Beautiful lakes, zoo, beautiful villages, cable cars to go up on the mountains. Very nice!

Stay was perfect like last year, everything as described again, communication with Heidi and Frank was also great and exemplary. It was especially noticeable by the settlement of our nights, as some of our group have gone earlier and it is difficult to enter this on Airbnb, and the resulting very quick refund of a part. Also very much liked that this year the swimming pool was available

the house was just what we wanted clean, comfortable, in a quiet place and within walking distance of a supermarket 5 mins walk, and the cafe am see a few minutes away also the center of schulchee 10 mins walk away. The hosts Jan & Tine were very responsive to any queries that we had, the only slight problem which for us but was not an issue, was with the TV runs of of an apple box and it wouldn't connect to the signal which was not a problem for us, the WiFi worked well other than that nothing everything was great. I would recommend staying here if you are on a hiking vacation like us it central to a lot of good hikes and varied scenery. a very good relaxing stay.
