Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Captain ´s Suite

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Lakefront paradise

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Directly adjacent to the house is an 11 km long natural beach to Wallhausen. The apartment is stylish, comfortable and equipped to a high standard and is located directly on the lake. Edit

House in the countryside

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. From here you can take great trips to Strasbourg (30 min. by bike and 15 min. by car). In addition, the Black Forest and the Vosges are close by for hiking. Swimming (2 min.) locally at beautiful natural lakes is available. A visit to Europa-Park Rust is also possible in about 35 minutes. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Baden-Baden (30 minutes by car) and Freiburg attract visitors with their highlights.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Dream apartment with private garden

Arrive, let go, feel good. Our family-friendly and lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located in Sehringen, a beautiful district of Badenweiler in the idyllic Markgräflerland at the foot of the Black Forest. From here you have an ideal starting point for many sports activities, to explore the diverse cultural and culinary highlights of the region, or simply escape everyday life. Children and pets are of course also welcome.

Vacation home overlooking the lake

Our cozy apartment is located overlooking the Swiss shore, southwest-facing in Wangen, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The three-room apartment with separate entrance is 78 m² and has a terrace across the entire width, directly to the garden. Hikes or bike tours can be started directly from the house. Information about excursions and sights can be found in our suburb and in the tourist information of Öhningen.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Historic building of former train station

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.
