Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

A bright, modern apartment in a quiet location awaits you. The apartment is approximately 75 square meters and is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It has an open kitchen / living area with TV. A parking space is available right in front of the apartment. In the fitted kitchen, all necessary kitchen utensils are available (pots, cutlery, glasses, etc.) Only when booking for more than 3 guests is the second bedroom with double bed (140 × 200) available - surcharge €25/night.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Historic accommodation, in Kraichgauer Hügelland, on a former knight's castle, in the 900-year-old mansion. The manor house is located on a hill surrounded by a lot of nature. It sleeps wonderfully in the up to 1.6m thick walls. Simply furnished, no tv. 50 steps to the front door. Adventure mini golf course (www.adventure-golf-hohenhardt.de) 18 + 9 hole golf course, farm restaurant with terrace. Driving Range, Taster classes, green atmosphere. Heidelberg 15 min drive.

Barrier-free apartment on the first floor of a two-family house. South-facing terrace with dining table and 4 chairs. Three minutes to Rewe, Aldi shopping center (open from 7:00 am to midnight). Alternative to the hotel (SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.

I sincerely want to thank Marina for a wonderful vacation at the cottage, which I rented for my birthday. Everything was just wonderful! The house turned out to be unexpectedly clean — so neat and cozy that I felt at home. It is evident that the hosts truly care about their home and guests. Marina is an incredibly responsive and attentive person. She helped with any questions, was always in touch, and thanks to her everything went without the slightest problem. The territory is ideal for recreation: there is an opportunity to grill, sweat in the sauna or relax in the jacuzzi — everything is at the highest level. There was also an opportunity to cook food on your own, which is very convenient, especially when you want to arrange a home holiday. I was very pleased that everything was thought out to the smallest detail — from dishes to clean towels. The place is quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for those who want to relax from the city bustle. I definitely recommend this place and will gladly come again! Thank you, Marina, for your warm welcome🌸

My family and I were very happy with the place. Everything fit and the distance to Bad Schönborn incl. Supermarkets were great. The apartment is well laid out and the terrace invites you to linger. The reason for the overnight stays was the Ironman. Due to the location, you could always decide for yourself how much hustle and bustle you wanted at the event. So you had enough time for yourself and your preparation. We would always take the accommodation of the Hartlieb family:) We would also like to thank you again in this way for the kindness and helpfulness:)
