We spent 4 nights in the accommodation of Lore, Theo and Andreas and felt very comfortable. The location is fantastically beautiful, very quiet and strategically top, as you can do a lot from there. Lore and Theo are very charming people and very concerned about the well-being of their guests - we will be happy to come back!

We spent a wonderful week in Christine's apartment. The welcome was warm and everything was prepared for the baby and my grandson (6 years old)... Cot, high chair, toys, etc. We were able to use the pool actively and relax in the very well-kept garden. Thank you!

The apartment was absolutely top! Everything was super clean, cozily furnished and well equipped from comfortable beds to towels to linens and blankets. The large bathtub was particularly beautiful! The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, especially for hiking lovers right near the Kickelhahnweg. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a few nice days in apartment 2 at Rosi's. In addition to the cleanliness of the apartment, we especially liked the proximity to the forest. So we could start from the accommodation to walks. We fully recommend the place.

We stayed with 2 families for an extended weekend in Kathi's house. The house and the spacious garden invite you to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained and Kathi was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful.

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The fenced-in back garden is also particularly great for dog owners. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

We were with 3 couples and 1 dog for 3 nights in the Rothäuser Mühle. Bernhard and Susanne are great, likeable and uncomplicated hosts. Always helpful and approachable, yet mindful of guests' privacy. Great! We felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. Everything your heart desires. Our dog spent the whole day outside on the spacious grounds and we didn't want to do a big city tour because it was so nice to sit there under shady trees and enjoy the free days together. We will be happy to come back!

The place is just perfect for us. Everything we need is available and also super well thought out.

5 ★ Stay – Perfect Anniversary Retreat We chose Cristina’s place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

We spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in Michael's beautiful, extremely tastefully furnished apartment. We felt completely comfortable. The waterbed and the freestanding whirlpool tub are a real highlight. But also the thoughtful design and decorative details in the apartment have a real feel-good character. The location of the apartment is great as it is very quiet and offers a good starting point for walks. Otherwise, we didn't miss anything and we could enjoy the time very much. Michael is very accommodating and available for questions or concerns. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely view from the balcony, enormous bathroom, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen (consider bringing a good cooking knife though if you plan on doing anything ambitious). Communication seemed mostly automated, but was very efficient and did not leave any questions open. The master bedroom does not get fully dark, if you're sensitive to light in the morning, bring a sleeping mask!

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

We caught a very hot time in Coburg and were happy to return to the cool of the apartment every time. We thought the separation of the bath and toilet was great. In the kitchen and also otherwise everything was available that you need. Even more. Thank you also for the welcome goodies in the form of chocolates. Will come again any time.

Alexandra welcomed us very nicely. The accommodation was still under construction, especially on the balconies, but that was indicated and absolutely did not harm the coziness. The silence was great and we felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy place in Bad Rodach! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and provided a perfect feel-good atmosphere. The location was particularly convenient, as the Samba Festival ran directly through Bad Rodach to the Samba Festival. Everything was a great fit, and we would be happy to come back. We were very happy with the place. The only thing would be that the table in the kitchen and the table outside for 10 people at the same time is a bit small, but we still managed to do it well Steven was always available and also stopped by and gave good tips for activities. A nice place to recommend. ☺️
