The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa gardens. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

The apartment is close to the Emco clinic and the Kurhotel St.Josef, the ULSZ Rif or FH Puch.
