The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

The guesthouse with the holiday lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural estate Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Our rustic cozy room is located in a separate area of our house, quietly located on the green outskirts of Rostock – ideal for vacationers, couples or business travelers looking for relaxation and comfort. The room is fully equipped with private bathroom, small kitchen, Wi-Fi and TV. A special highlight is the private sauna, which offers you soothing relaxation after a long day. Dogs allowed, but with surcharge, sauna use also (€10)

The small and cozy vacation home is located in a small, quiet village very close to the Baltic Sea coast (10 km to the Baltic Sea beach). If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Wooden vacation home Feldrain sauna, 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach

The house "Feldrain" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Vacation in the old bakery

The rustic Backhus is part of the Alte Museumshof and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjacent garden you can grill, play and enjoy the panoramic view at will. 2 bikes are provided free of charge. Upon request and availability, we are happy to provide you with other bicycles with which you can explore the area. The sights of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

Baltic Sea house near Kühlungsborn

If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of tourism and still want to spend your holidays near the beach, you have come to the right place. Our small, simple, but cozy cottage is located in Wichmannsdorf, near Kühlungsborn. The cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy peace and quiet and likes to look out of the bedroom window into the countryside.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days.
