Holiday rentals with a patio in Bad Berleburg

We had a relaxing weekend in the apartment and felt very comfortable! Axel warmly welcomed us to the clean and perfectly equipped apartment. There is nothing missing here, the two have thought of everything. We would love to come back for a trip to Marburg.

We felt completely comfortable at the place – it was really like a home away from home! Everything was clean, cozy and lovingly decorated, so you immediately felt welcome. We would like to emphasize the super nice host, who was always responsive and provided us with helpful tips about the area. His warm nature made our stay even more beautiful. We'd love to come back and can fully recommend the place!

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

We enjoyed the quietness and the great view very much! On the small terrace you can have breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen and bathroom are underground, as the apartment is on the slope, but there is a lot of light in the main living area. The bed is very comfortable and in general we felt really comfortable!

I had a great experience staying here! Everything was as expected except for the view... which was beyond expectations! I will remember the sunsets I have seen from the living room windows and the hot tub for a long time.

The stay was very nice! The property is ideal for larger groups / families. It should be noted that the house has house numbers 21 and 23. The key box is located at house number 23. The house is fully equipped. Recommended at all times.

Very nice, top furnished chalet with attention to the details. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern but still cozy furnishings, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

Very nice holiday home in a perfectly maintained and clean and quiet park. All amenities were very good in short, there was nothing to criticize about this home.

Ludwig's accommodation was just what we expected, a house and garden to be discovered, our daughter was thrilled. Ludwing and his wife are super helpful and friendly. Obviously, it's a 300-year-old house, so it creaks a bit, but I didn't like it for that reason. The house has everything you need. A nice experience

Our stay in Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quick to reach.

The apartment, located in a quiet and beautiful residential area, met expectations, very clean and everything you need. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace almost all day. There is a hotel with a restaurant and bicycle rental within a 2-minute walk. Behind the hotel, hiking trails start directly into nature, which you should not miss. A bus stop to the city center and an outdoor swimming pool with warm water are also within walking distance. Karl was always available, very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this apartment!

The stay with Giulio was very pleasant. Very friendly and accommodating hosts and a great place to stay. I got very helpful tips for things to do and Giulio was always available. Would recommend any of my friends or family to stay with Giulio. Thanks for everything.

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. The place was a dream! It was a generously sized and bright apartment with a great view. Everything was very clean and we had everything you need. The communication on site was smooth and we felt comfortable from the first second. We were definitely not there for the last time. A clear recommendation.
