Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Special highlights for us: In about 10 minutes on foot you are in the beautiful city center of Weimar. A tegut supermarket is about 50 meters away in the old slaughterhouse. The most beautiful supermarket I've ever seen. Worth a purchase... and I don't get any money for it 😉

We felt very comfortable in Michael's beautiful apartment and especially enjoyed the roof terrace in wonderful weather! The location is perfect, the amenities leave nothing to be desired, even spices, pasta and coffee were available. Very tastefully decorated and plenty of space. It is also nice that a selection of very good wine was available at a fair price in the apartment and was even partially chilled. Overall very good, we will be happy to come back. We met Nadja as an extremely nice and uncomplicated hostess. A late check-in at night was also possible without problems. After a short introduction, we also felt right at home. We liked the bright and beautifully furnished attic apartment right away, we will be happy to come back! :)
