Had a great stay at this place! Miss Pheny was so responsive and patient about my inquiries since it was my first time traveling in BCD. Definitely worth the buck! the location is great since it’s near the mall and other fast food chains.

I booked this property for my cousins, and they had nothing but praise for both the place and the host. The host was incredibly easy to deal with, honest, responsive, and quick to assist. We made the booking in a rush, and within less than 10 minutes, they were at the property making sure everything was ready for us. This was my second time booking with John, and once again, everything was great. My mom, brother, and her two kids had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for the guests. They felt right at home, and we truly appreciate the consistency and care that goes into this place. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

1000/10!! AJ was very very responsiveeee!! She was Super accomodating and catered to our request of a early check in and late checkout due to changes in our flight back. Great Location! Very peaceful and safe. We went on a weekend and there was a night market nearby, walking distance, with good choices of food. The unit was very clean and comfy, and felt like home. Will definitely go back!

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

As advertised, it's a 5 star place! Spacious, neat, clean, accessible, and worth the pay. Initially, we booked for 5 days but extended because it felt like home! We'll definitely comeback! ❣️

We love the place! All our needs were already provided. The place was well designed and so cozy. Parking, elevator, swimming pool, and the condo unit are all in close proximity. We're also glad there's a convenience store and restaurants so nearby. We love that Furai by Nezu (Japanese restaurant) is so close. The restaurant serves delicious Japanese cuisine! My partner and I spent a week at this wonderful apartment.. Everything needed for a short term or longterm stay..Well equipped kitchen for light cooking with cozy dining area.. Bed and pillows very comfy and a beautiful view outside anytime of the day..we will definitely return here since the hosts were very caring and attentive to our needs and requests..Thank you John for making our stay unforgettable..

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Marian’s Place in Mesavirre! The condo was clean, cozy, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to several restaurants and convenience stores, making it very easy to grab meals or essentials anytime. Marian was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The unit also felt very safe and quiet—great for relaxing after a day out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and value!

I had the pleasure of staying at Airesh 222 for the second time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations! The space is cozy, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. The host is amazing—super responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. The host even gave a "little something" because it was my birthday. 🥹💖 The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool was such a highlight—we had an absolute blast swimming and hanging out there. And the rooftop? Absolutely stunning! Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.
