Apartment holiday rentals in Bacolod City

My girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest in the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The building felt safe and secure, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bacolod. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

The place is clean, has nice view in the balcony, has everything we need for our short stay, wifi speed was consistent, and it is near everything. Thank you, Grace. We will book again when we go back in Bacolod :)

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and had a homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time there. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay again!

Jeanette was so responsive and accomodating, even offered us the airbed for our baby just incase we need it but I only requested for extra pillows. The place was so clean, you got everything you needed especially for long stays. Also everything around was so accessible and it was a peaceful stay there. I would definitely book again here. The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. The host was very responsive and friendly. Arrived late (early morning) but still we were accommodated and welcomed. Place was peaceful and quiet but near the city center (10min drive). Walking distnace to Supermarket, laundry and eateries. Excellent stay in Bacolod!

Back again for a 2nd stay! This is my go to place whenever Im in Bacolod. Easy to get around and responsive host. Definitely felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. It's a great value, I can’t recommend it enough.

Great place! Very spacious and easy to settle in. The host was very proactive and helpful throughout our check-in process even until we got our wifi connection back they still kept in touch. Bonus points for the their sensibility of providing disposable gloves; was able to use it when throwing garbages and cleaning. Highly recommend them! 💯

Nice place to stay if you're planning for a staycation, especially when you want to cook a meal for your family, equipped with the necessary cooking equipment except for the knife, but never an issue; we make use of the available bread knife. The host is also very accommodating and responsive. I requested her for a checkout by 12 noon since my baby likes to swim; she allowed us to stay until 2 pm. We'll be sure to come back. 🙂

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

We're really glad we chose this listing, great value for money, and my kids absolutely loved the place. It had everything we needed. The only con was the parking, though that’s beyond her control. We also stayed at Campuestohan, but Liza’s place was definitely the better choice. We’ll absolutely return to Bacolod and stay at Liza’s again.

Stayed for 3days, 2nights and it was a good experience. The room is great and we enjoyed playing the PS5. The host is very responsive to all of our concerns. I will give this room 10 out of 10 ☺️

Outstanding stay once again at Ria's place in Bacolod. Ria is very responsive and prompt in communicating and she is very friendly and accommodating. The place is the best spot in Bacolod just across Ayala Mall and within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping areas in Bacolod. I hope to book it again in December!
