The convenience that comes with staying at Gene's place for it being near to other essential establishments such as malls, park, stores, restaurants, etc. only comes second to Gene's attention to his guest. He is proactive, responsive, and understanding. I will definitely book the same unit when I'm around. All places I wanted to go to were walking distance from the building—very ideal location for a solo traveller who wants to be able to roam around the city.

Jorge was great at communicating and accomodated our last minute booking. The unit is as per the pictures and the location is prime. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a cozy place 🙌

Homey vibes and has all amenities we needed for our stay. The cool thing about its location is there’s a connecting walkway (on the 2nd floor) to Robinsons Mall. Unit looks exactly like the photos. Host and staff were friendly and responsive to my inquiries. Thank you for hoisting!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

The unit is so clean and complete of amenities. The internet connection is really good that made our stay smooth as we are working remotely. Also, it’s near to all the establishments we needs such as atm, robinson, hospitals, drugstore, church, cafes and other restaurants. We will definitely book in here and recommend this place. Lastly, I love how spacious the unit is. Highly recommended! 😍😍🫶🫶

The location was great. Ayala mall was across the street. Most of things were within the walking distance. The airbnb had all the cooking equipment for making meals. All in all, I had a great time in the condo.

Gale & her mom Jade has been very accommodating. They gave us clear instructions on how to get into the unit. They also suggested places to visit. The room was neat & the beds were comfortable. We liked the superhero decors too! We will choose this place again when we visit Bacolod

Had a great stay at this place! Miss Pheny was so responsive and patient about my inquiries since it was my first time traveling in BCD. Definitely worth the buck! the location is great since it’s near the mall and other fast food chains.

Sir Rudy's place was great and peaceful. Clean and simple, a place like home indeed. I was able to work well, and we got to unwind even for bit. Sir Rudy is quick to respond w/ our inquiries. Thank you for having us. will consider this unit again someday.

Sir Antonio is a great host. He allowed us to check in early & check out late because my flight was moved. The place is just besides Ayala Mall, it’s an easy access to every places & restaurants!

1000/10!! AJ was very very responsiveeee!! She was Super accomodating and catered to our request of a early check in and late checkout due to changes in our flight back. Great Location! Very peaceful and safe. We went on a weekend and there was a night market nearby, walking distance, with good choices of food. The unit was very clean and comfy, and felt like home. Will definitely go back!

Title: Excellent Stay at Jenia's Condo! I recently stayed at Jenia’s condo and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it very inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Jenia was an exceptional host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions I had. I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. I would love to come back!

Very nice accommodation

It’s our first time traveling to BCD, and I’m glad we found Marthy’s Place. It’s very convenient — there’s a 7/11 store right underneath the room, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Metro Ayala Mall. If you love seafood, Gina’s Seafood Restaurant is only a 3–4 minute walk away. We appreciated the complimentary items Ms. Kath gave us; she was really helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely consider coming back here if we return to BCD. Just a heads-up: you might need a backup internet connection or mobile data, as the Wi-Fi signal can be a bit weak at times. But overall, based on our experience, I’d definitely rate this place 10/10.

This place is highly recommended! It’s beside Robinsons Place Mandalagan and has a walkway connected to it which is a plus. The place is spacious and clean. Pool is also free on the 14th floor. Perfect for a staycation! Ms. Charina was also very accommodating. All in all, our stay for almost a week is definitely worth it.

It’s the place you’d go to if you really want to feel at home. Ultra nice folks!
