Our largest apartment in the guest house is furnished in modern country house style, beds made, towels, W-Lan. Large bedroom with KingSize box spring bed (2 m x 2.20 m long), small living room/bedroom, living room with dining table, TV, stereo. Fitted kitchen with breakfast place, all appliances. Modern bathroom with corner bath and rain shower, washer-dryer use, small garage. Relax in the outdoor seating area in front of the house. You are in the middle of the historic old town and still sleep quietly.

Cozy loft in Winnenden

Our lovingly furnished attic apartment - please note that some stairs have to be mastered - has everything you need for a shorter or longer stay and is used by you alone. Quiet at the end of a residential street, close to the center + S-Bahn. The loft scores points with a covered southwest balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, walk-in closet, washer-dryer, sauna area can be used by arrangement, charging option for electric car. If necessary, another double bedroom next door.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

The apartment is located in a rural part of Winnenden. Downtown is about 1.5 km away and a shopping center is about 800 m away. The surroundings are very nice. There is a bus connection that takes you to the nearby train station and thus also quickly to Stuttgart. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Stuttgart. There are many vineyards here that invite you to take a walk. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Apartment no. 2 - 2.5 rooms upstairs apartment

Parking near the house about 80 meters away. Ideal for business travellers, as it is close to well-known companies such as Audi, Kaufland, Lidl, etc. WiFi included. Important to know: there is no high bandwidth in Oedheim, so the Internet in the house is slow. The price includes all ancillary costs. Washing machine & dryer combination available.
