The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.

New, freshly renovated apartment (60 square meters) is located right in the heart of Riga city center, nearby of an Old Town, in the area of Embassies. This is a wonderful location surrounded by parks and canals. Plus, in the vicinity there are theaters, museums, restaurants and other famous landmarks of Riga. Our apartment is a romantic place, suitable for couples, companies of friends, individual travelers and business trips. There is a free parking space in front of our apartment.

Oakheart Cottage is nestled on Lucavsalas Island, right by the banks of the Daugava River. The cottage is situated within the Lucavsalas Park, beneath a magnificent 100-year-old oak tree. It's a place where you can be close to nature while still being in the heart of Riga. It's an ideal spot for active lifestyle enthusiasts, offering various sports activities such as hiking trails, paddleboard and canoe rentals, and even cross-country ski rentals in winter.

In summer we usually have kids and another guests in the yard. Attention! There are 2 euro entry pass in Jurmala since 1st April till 1st October! Внимание!

There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals.
