A cosy comfortable two bedroom cottage, including fully functional kitchen and bathroom, smart TV and enclosed patio and decking. The cottage is also a couple of minutes walk from ‘The Hill’ which has a great selection of restaurants, shops and pubs. The popular Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are both within a 30 minute drive.

The kingfisher Studio is one of two accommodations on site. The other being the Hare’s retreat ( not in view of each other) The Kingfisher has independent access and garden area. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the historical town of Bury St Edmunds. Surrounded by countryside, we have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen/diner living room with a sofa bed.
