In the summer months of May to November, the mountain railway ticket is included free of charge with every overnight stay. In winter, the Wildental ski lift is only 200 meters away. In the immediate vicinity of the house, the bus stops. You can use it for free with the guest card.

Claudia is a very pleasant lady who will gladly explain everything to you, show you the surrounding paths suitable for walks and advise you on everything you need. We had a wonderful week in this lovely chalet. Simone and Erich were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The space was carefully planned, and worked well for our party of six people. The enclosed balcony, and entrance area meant that the kitchen/dining area is free of clutter, and easy to use. The kitchen and utensils were all high quality, and this reflects the attention to detail the hosts have put into this chalet. It was completely renovated in 2019, and is in immaculate condition. It is located a short ski or walk from the Salober lifts. Grocery shopping was convenient on the ski busses, and we did not need to use our car. The Pfefferkornhütte has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. There are no neighbors, which heightens the impact of the beautiful natural surroundings. The stars at night were stunning. We have skied from many chalets over the years, but this one is by far the best one we have ever stayed in.

We were received very warmly and uncomplicated by Daniela and were allowed to spend great days in the Chlara. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Maiensäss.

We had a wonderful stay at our hosts'! A big thank you for your hospitality and your accommodation so nice and beautiful! Everything was impeccable with special attention to our children! Toys, bed rail, bathtub, travel cot and there was even a swing in the beautiful veranda that allows you to enjoy the view in all weather! We even got to enjoy our hosts' outdoor playground! Shops and playground within walking distance! Beautiful walk along the water, on foot or by bike from the accommodation! With the guest card, we were able to ride one of the cable cars in the area for free! We'll be back for sure! Especially after the welcome we received!

Very nice apartment, ideally located if you want to ski. The ski bus is right on the street in front of the house. There is a ski cellar with lockable boxes for the skis and ski boots. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need to take care of yourself. We have been there several times and would be happy to come back.
