Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße mit sehr netten Nachbarn und leckeren kleinen Streetfood Ständen in einem tollen Viertel mitten in Saigon. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer in der 2. Etage, eins davon mit einem großzügigen und hübsch begrünten Balkon. Beide Zimmer waren geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Hosts waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die schöne Zeit bei euch!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great, close to a river lined with many cafes, perfect for a relaxing walk. The room and amenities were excellent, and overall, I was very happy with my stay!

The place is nice and easy to reach from main touristy district, Ben Thanh market. The area is nice and offers lots of restaurants and cafes, as pretty much everywhere in Saigon. Le is kind and very easy to communicate with. The toilets and showers, despite shared, were in super clean condition. The terrace and lounge at the reception is very bright and nice to spend some time with. The internet worked super fine and they offer smart Tv in the room. Good value for money.

Ev ara bir sokakta ancak her yere yürüme mesafesi ve içi oldukça geniş, ferah. Çift banyolu dubleks bir ev 4 kişiye kadar konaklanabilir. Biz iki arkadaş çok konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Teşekkürler!

The stay was very good. i reached their place at 2:30AM due to delayed flight and the host, Alex was awake and helped me find the place. the room was exactly as per picture and very clean. it had all the basic amenities, hot water, AC, towels etc. The host also provided good food recommendations nearby and helped me book the tours for cuchi tunnel and mekong delta. the tours were also really good and priced at nominal rates. a couple of things to note - the room i was given was in the 4th floor and there is no lift. so if you have heavy luggage or people who can't climb stairs, please check with the host about it. in my case, i had 1 bag and the host, Alex helped my carry it as well. Also, the description mentioned you can make and share breakfast and i misunderstood that as breakfast included. that's a miss on my part but mentioning it here so that others don't miss it as well. overall, the stay was perfect and i would highly recommend it.

Căn phòng ngăn nắp, sạch sẽ, thoáng mát rộng rãi, đủ tiện ích. Host nhiệt tình, hữu ích. Quy trình nhận phòng dễ dàng, chủ động, linh hoạt. Duy nhất có 2 điểm trừ nhỏ là: - Phòng tắm có mùi nhẹ, ko phải mùi hôi mà giống như 1 căn phòng nhỏ và bí dù thực tế phòng tắm không nhỏ. Nguyên nhân tôi nghĩ vì là do hệ thống nhà có chung đường cống thoát nước. Điều này khó tránh nên có thể thông cảm. Vì nhà tắm sạch nên ko tạo cảm giác khó chịu lắm. - Trong phòng (giường và ghế Sofa) có để mấy đồ thú bông hình hoa, vừa decor vừa để thơm phòng( vì chủ nhà xịt nước hoa xịt phòng vào đó). Nhưng mùi này rất nồng và giống mùi giặt tẩy khách sạn thông thường. Tôi ko chịu đc mùi này và đã phải chuyển 3 gối đó ra ban công trong suốt 3 ngày ở đó. Sau đấy, căn phòng có mùi dễ chịu như ở nhà. Tôi cho rằng dùng xịt phòng xịt vào gối như thế là ko cần thiết. Tóm lại, căn phòng vẫn đáng tiền và xứng đáng 5*. Tôi sẽ trở lại vào đợt công tác tới.

Das Apartment sowie die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man wunderbar auch mal selbst etwas kochen kann. Das Apartment ist sehr praktisch gelegen; man kann fußläufig einige Sehenswürdigkeiten im District 1 erreichen und hat trotz Nähe zur Beer-Street einen ruhigen Rückzugsort mitten in der Stadt. Anh und Lynh sind zwei fantastische Gastgeber, sie haben uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben und waren sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.

Posh experience! Its part of a planned locality and the house has a theme which synced well with us. Beautiful paintings, all accessible stuff. Hai was very responsive and easy to approach! Its a bit away from airport but if its not a condition, go for it!

Generally it’s a good experience staying at Van’s place. Very convenient location, there are enough amenities for my trip period and the room is spacious. Van was friendly and prompt to answer my questions. Just a little bit surprised that there’s no elevator to my room (as it’s also on top and required me to climb many stairs so I took it as a chance to exercise) but I guess it just how Vietnamese architecture culture is and totally fine for me after the first day.

Mochi is a kind host. The place is surrounded by lots of good restaurants. And the room is super cozy, small but has everything you need during your travel.

완벽한 숙소! 좋은 위치에 깨끗하고 세련되고 모든 것이 잘 갖춰진 숙소를 찾는다면 이보다 좋은 숙소는 없을거에요. 심지어 삼성공기청정기와 마샬블루투스스피커, 건조기까지. 1군에 접근성이 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있어 유명한 여행지나 레스토랑, 마사지샵에 가기도 편합니다. 중간에 깨끗하게 청소도 갈아주시고 타월을 갈아주는 세심함까지. 다시 한번 호스트님께 감사드립니다. 다음 호치민여행도 이 숙소와 함께하고 싶습니다.
