The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

One day I book grab to eat, but the host also tells a Grab which way to drive for me to see the scenery, and also tell me if I drive to another store to tell me it's better, don't listen =) In general, I had very reassuring and comfortable days in Vung Tau

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay. Thank Dai for being a great host. Definitely coming back here in the future !!!

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

I had an excellent stay at Dung’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was fantastic—super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Check-in was a breeze, and Dung was an outstanding host—always responsive, very kind, and incredibly accommodating. One of the highlights was the layout of the apartment. The two bedrooms were separated, providing great privacy within the space, unlike some other places in this development where the rooms are right next to each other. This made the stay even more comfortable, especially for those traveling with friends or family. The unobstructed view of the river and parts of Ho Chi Minh from all of the windows was exceptional. It is very rare to get such a view in Ho Chi Minh City. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend Dung’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I would definitely book again!

The apartment is modern and spacious. Large area suitable for groups of friends and family. The space is around literature and safe.

Truc apartment was lovely, with clean, well maintained rooms and bathrooms, and the surroundings were beautiful and walkable.

the place was central to all the tourist places, big apartment, pool and gym were decent. we will be back here. Khue was responsive regarding lost card and local places to eat.

He was a very gentlemanly man and the room was clean and comfortable.

the resort was somewhat deserted, but it was great to have the big pool just to ourselves! it was a nice and quiet place, the vulla was super nice with some sea views, and very comfortable! the host was fantastic, helping with so many things, starting from transport to the airport, motorbikes rental, calling local taxis fir us, really nice!

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

There were a few houses around that had parties until late at night, but other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Truly, it is the best accommodation for the first time. The picture is so pretty. Don't leave it. They say it's new, but the actual accommodation is very old. The room, living room, and bathroom are all the same. Also, there is an air conditioner in Bangman (there was also a Samsung) I wish there was an air conditioner It's not perfectly the same as the photos in the actual house You can just think of it as. I wanted to be red, but it was a pity that I couldn't. Again, this is the first place to stay. The address was difficult to find, so a Vietnamese friend spoke on the phone and was barely able to find it. If you have a friend who can speak Vietnamese, I recommend it 0 The surrounding area is all under construction and the road is not serviced, so I felt a little uncomfortable.

Nice and clean place for relaxing stay. Host Dzuy very nice, and the house maid very helpful too. The house was less expected the luxury way, but over all it was a good time to stay. Recommend place
