We stayed here for a full week, hoping to feel at home—and we absolutely did. Mrs. Phuc took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. The room is incredibly spacious, with a large, clean bathroom and a comfy bed. The kitchen is massive and well-equipped, and the whole place is peacefully quiet. Tucked away in a charming little alley, the location feels cozy and local, with Café Minh just steps from the door. Would come back in a heartbeat! 💙

Everything was great, Tuan was very flexible in helping us check in early he was very friendly. The location couldn't be better you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, especially on the weekend when you step out onto the walking street, lots of outdoor activities. The house has a dining room on the top floor which is very airy and relaxing, perfect for drinking coffee.

This place was beautiful and just as described. Close enough to the old quarter it is an easy grab but in a quieter neighbourhood. We loved the atmosphere especially all the cats. The bed is cozy and soft. If we are ever in Hanoi again we would book again.

Excellent location to enjoy Tay Ho and Ha Noi. I have been visiting Ha Noi yearly for the past several years, and so having a place to stay that’s easy to get to from places like the airport, and easy to enjoy the city, is important. This is a lovely location overlooking the lake, and I very much enjoyed staying here—whether I wanted to go out, or just relax. The host was extremely good at communicating and very helpful. I highly recommend this place! The tenement house is hidden from the main road, which means that you can rest from the city noise. The apartment was identical to the photos - all the appliances worked and were clean. In addition, there was heating from above in the shower, which made the bath more pleasant. The windows and balcony are on the tenement house opposite, but it's still great that you can look at the prevailing weather conditions. The whole tenement house is also well made, you can use the free washing machine and dryer, there is a place to store your luggage and you can use the general toilet. The host was very responsive to all our questions. We had a temporary problem with WiFi but it was also quickly resolved. In general, the apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We did not get a duvet, only the bedding, which surprised me at first - but the bedding was so nice and comfortable that we slept wonderfully!
