Nana was always quick to respond when I had questions, her place was at a perfect location walkable to night market and train street, very clean, comfortable, and in my opinion is bigger than what the pictures show. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

We received a very friendly welcome. Since we arrived early by train, we were able to leave our suitcases downstairs. At 12: 30 we were able to get into the room. The house is new and has very surprised the high technical standard. Next to the room, as described, there is a kitchen, which can be used. There is an elevator. You can easily enter the house in the evening, you have to enter a code and the gate opens. The two house staff are super friendly and helpful! Top marks!! The place is a bit hidden at the end of a small alley. The neighbors were very helpful and showed us the way of gesture. We had also been sent a video, for directions, but we couldn't download it. The house is very quiet and yet within walking distance of many attractions. We could easily extend two days and leave our suitcases for a day trip with overnight stay at the property.

She was just seconds aways to solve any issues you say, Her experience for Hanoi city has helped us explore the city in a much better and easy way. You need food recommendation, restaurant recommendation, shopping recommendation, maps to roam around the city , Thanh has everything sorted in a single place to refer. She has helped us in everything possible a person can. We booked Halong Bay , Ninh Bin Tour. bus services to Sapa, airport pick up and drop. She managed everything with the best deal possible. Early checking was sorted, She has arranged space for keeping luggage for us. Even She has sorted the issue we faced in currency exchange. We would like to say a Thank You to Thanh , for her our trip from Hanoi has becoming so smooth and relaxing. Airbnb location was perfect with a spacious balcony, all ammenities, clean with a perfect central location of Hanoi Old quarter. I would highly recommend this property for Hanoi.

Paml’s spacious house is perfect for family or large group. It was easy to find with walkable distance. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I decided to stay at a whole-house bnb as I wanted space for my nieces and nephews to be as loud as they want without bothering anyone. However, the bnb starts from the 2nd floor and there are people living on the first floor so I still had to remind the kids to keep their voices down after 10 😂 which I didn’t mind at all. Overall, I and my family had a good stay here. We’d love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s a great option for a group of friends or family looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay together. With each bedroom on a different floor, there's plenty of privacy, and every room is well-equipped with strong air conditioning, hot showers, comfy beds, and even a desk if you need to get some work done. The hosts were so helpful and responsive - always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even smoother. The location is also very convenient, just a short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi!

everything was great, Henry was very helpful. For the price you cannot go wrong. 1 minus point but the bathroom was somewhat unclean. The hand soap was missing But still, I would definitely book again. Thanks
