I was careful about chosing my hotel and am so glad I chose Aviary hotel! The location is perfect - it’s in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, yet the hotel was very clean, the furnitures were comfortable and most important of all is that it was quiet inside. I couldn’t hear any noise inside the bedroom. Having a peaceful and clean place to rest was so important. I was told that the hotel was recently renovated. Also, the staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Gave me some great spots to try some delicious food. Am so thankful, highly recommend!

The two Johns and Tracy were wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. David in the breakfast room is really hospitable as well. The view from the breakfast room is really nice of the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and are serviced daily. Amenities are provided with the room so you won’t really need anything regarding toiletries!

Chez madame Binh-Nice interconnecting family room

Our stay with Mme Binh was just wonderful. She welcomed us as friends and we rarely saw her without a smile. The room was very neat and homely, the roof terrace simply blissful and we were allowed to use the washing machine all the time, which was sometimes nice after a long time of traveling. Our children were over the moon, because there were cuddles and some extra toys, we were happy with the arrival, the pleasant contact with the hostess (no question was too much for her, her enthusiasm seems to be able to turn every sourpuss into a happy pear) and the very nice neighborhood. Really very satisfied with our stay! If we are in Hanoi again, we will be happy to come back here!
