Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ba Đình

Despite staying there for a short while, Phuong’s Home was such a nice place to stay in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay whilst they are in Hanoi. They made sure that the check-in was easy and even greeted me at the door. The place is nice and quaint and I love what she has done with the apartment, you would never have expected such a wonderful apartment in that area. It is walkable to the old quarter and there are loads of cute cafés around. You are also a short walk from the train street as well. The only feedback I would give is to update the sheets as they can be a bit uncomfortable due to the material, but that is my only problem that I had with the place. She even offered to show me around and gave me some great recommendations to visit and eat. All the main amenities were available and the place felt clean.

It was raining a lot while we were checking in and needed to carry big luggage through the stairs on second floor. Wasn’t a good start. But the room is so clean cozy and beautiful! out of our expectations, I’d say nicer than photos haha:) it’s at the corner sometime you would hear the sound from ambulances not sure if there’s hospitals nearby. But overall I recommend this nice place. Walkable to everywhere and enjoy much local food around

Le logement est dans un quartier un peu chic et plus authentique que le « old quartier », proche pour autant , où logent la grande majorité des touristes. Plus calme aussi. La décoration est vraiment élaborée, pensée avec goût, sans doute au reflet de la propriétaire. Les draps et les serviettes sont de qualité, tout est très propre, et on ne manque de rien… Finalement, la musique du bar qui est proche ne nous a jamais dérangée. Certes, il faut sortir de la chambre et traverser le couloir pour aller dans la salle de bain, mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre, mais c’est fréquent à Hanoi

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

Super séjour en plein coeur du vieux quartier. À quelques pas du train, mais le fait d’être dans une ruelle amenait de la tranquillité pour la nuit. Pour le prix je n’ai rien à redire

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

We loved Trung's place so much that we decided to stay twice! We went on a cruise on Halong Bay and then came back to Trung's...it felt like coming home!!! Also note, there is a lovely little breakfast provided in the morning. I can't say enough nice things. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb...you will be happy you did!

The place is clean and in good location. Other than the smart bidet was broken before we arrived and not usable, everything else is perfect. Highly recommended.

这次来越南选择了Airbnb 来解决住宿，感觉选择非常明智！ 入住便捷：Nhat会给出非常清晰的住宿指南，入住没有任何问题，从机场坐Grab过来也没有任何的问题。 整洁度：与照片相比差不多，空间足够大，也很干净，还贴心的帮忙准备了耳塞，我睡觉比较轻，但是有耳塞，基本每天都是100分的睡眠。 沟通：我们基本都用Airbnb来沟通，Nhat和Cynthia回复超级及时，没有任何延时帮我们解决问题。 地段：这个位置绝对是河内美食发现之旅最佳选择，基本都是步行可达各种米其林推荐餐厅，离还剑湖也不到1公里。还有！楼下就是一家Spa馆！第二天我们就安排了spa!!也是意外的收获！推荐！

June’s place was very comfortable, pristine, and accessible (there’s an elevator so don’t worry if you bring big luggage like us). It’s surrounded by local restaurants and cafes, yet the room is sound proof so outside noise did not reach our room. In walking distance there is a pretty little lake. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here! Thanks June for the hospitality

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht over de stad Hanoi vanaf 24 hoog. Het appartementencomplex is voorzien van een gym, spa, zwembad en twee restaurants. Wij kunnen het alleen maar aanbevelen

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

The place is located on the Main Street making every thing easily accessible. We felt right at home on entering the apartment. The home is well lit and feels very warm with everything placed the way it is :) The host has been very kind during every conversation and has always given prompt response. It is easy to find a grocery store around as well. I would definitely recommend this place if one wants to stay in the lovely chaos of old quarter.

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.
