장점: 좋은 위치(호안끼엠, 맥주거리, 야시장 다 가까움), 깨끗한 방, 친절한 직원, 온수 잘나옴, 에어컨 시원 단점: 화장실 배수가 잘 안됨, 조식이 다소 부실해서 이틀까지만 먹고 안먹음, 드라이어기 콘센트가 꽂혀지지않았으나 귀찮아서 고쳐달라안하고 그냥 안씀ㅋㅋ 에어비앤비에 후기가 하나도 없어서 불안했지만 숙박하는데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 매우 깨끗했고 직원들은 모두 프랜들리했습니다. 모든 방이 밖으로 향하는 창문이 있는 것은 아닌 것 같으니 예약할때 미리 확인하는 것을 추천드립니다. 그리고 한국에서 유행하는 필터달린 샤워기헤드도 구매해가시는 것을 추천드립니다. 샤워 한 번 했는데 필터가 갈색이 되네요(이건 호텔의 문제가 아닌 거 아시죠?) thank you for all staffs!

Thanks for giving me a ride on the motorcycle to the convention Centre a couple of times Did not have a car to receive me at the airport even when I had pre booked it. Also their estimate of taxi fare is very inaccurate.

Tony is such a lovely person! Amazing with communication, we never had to wait longer then a few minutes for any correspondence. His staff were so kind and helpful! They have us tips and safety advice for exploring the local area. The location is so perfect! Right in the centre of the Old Quarter and in walking distance to everything. Unfortunately we were not able to complete our entire stay due to my partners work schedule, but Tony and his staff were more than accommodating.

The best part is location, location, and location. It is located very close to the lake. I was really impressed with the staff who were very friendly and helped make many good choices for sightseeing.

We stayed in a quiet place, the room located in a green villa next to the lake. Beautiful decorage and nice view . Bich very helpful We will comeback and introduce to my friends

Great for a few days. 30 mins to the airport. Room was accurate to the photos, hot water, nice towels and very clean. Friendly staff.

Perfect experience. We booked the apartment last minute and only 1 night stay here but I enjoy with our stay. quiet space, great location for jogging around west lake in the morning. The room is fully equipped, clean and the staff is very f Helpfull, enthusiastic support for everything

I had an amazing stay! The room is very comfortable and tidy, and they make sure to keep it that way by cleaning it daily (during the time the room is empty). The location is very convenient as it is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, pubs, etc. I also found a close money exchange store near by (with really cheap exchange rates!!) The staff is really friendly and did amazingly well at making my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much for contributing to this great travel experience!

We had a very nice stay for two nights and even came back for one more after we were in Sa Pa. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to everything in the Old Quarter.

Matilda was great to stay at, had a very late bus back from Ha-giang and they made sure someone was there to check me in and help with my bags! My stay here was flawless and the room was nice and clean with all amenities provided! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get close to the nightlife in Hanoi but escape the noise with a short walk back to the hotel where it’s quiet at night after they’ve had enough partying.

This room was very cozy and cleaned. The hotel staff was so helpful and ready every-time to answer all of the questions related to anything. The hotels is in the main city and at the walkable distance for all the major attractions in the city. Lot of food joints are there near to the property. The cook at the property will also try to help you while serving breakfast. The only thing that I would want to bring in notice is the breakfast is little expensive other then that everything was amazing. Thank you for amazing stay. :)
