Lindisimo el depar tiene TODO lo que necesitas, y el edificio es muy lindo y limpio también.

Aluisio es un excelente anfitrion siempre muy atento , amable , respetuoso. su alojamiento es perfecto tiene de todo lo que se necesita para sentirse a gusto , el parqueadero es amplio , cubierto , privado perfecto para un carro extra grande o pequeño .

Además que es linda la suit, la atención del anfitrión muy excelente Las instrucciones fueron muy claras Sin duda, regresaría

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was excellent, very close to the historic city center and right next to the University of Cuenca, with lots of cute cafés and local food spots nearby. Juan was very responsive and quickly helped us when we had a minor shower leak. Just a friendly note: if you rely on Wi-Fi for remote work, the connection can be a bit unstable for calls or large downloads, but it’s fine for basic use. Would definitely recommend!

La estadía fue genial, la ayuda de Henry fue muy acertada. El alojamiento muy lindo y cerca de varios lugares estratégicos, además del restaurante que está en la misma propiedad muy recomendado. Una atención bastante confortable 👌🏼

La casa es muy linda , acogedora . Tal cual se aprecia en las fotos, un lugar privado excelente ubicación . El anfitrión siempre está al pendiente de que tu estadía sea perfecta .

We originally came for 2 nights, but then stayed for 4 nights! From the beginning Mercedes communicated perfectly. Hospitable, proactive. everything properly described. Very polite. We took a taxi for $2 from the Bus Terminal. Very easy. We were welcomed warmly by Mariana who showed us the house. The House was overwhelmingly beautiful. It reminded my mother of England in the 1960s. Spacious. Beautifully maintained. Everything that we could have needed, and more, was there. We generally walk a lot and explored the areas around. SigSig is hilly. Pretty steep up and down. But taxis are easily available and very cheap should one want them. At Mercedes's recommendation, we went sightseeing too and enjoyed. I tend to look for value and I say this house was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Fuimos en familia y la experiencia fue perfecta de principio a fin. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y con una vista hermosa a la naturaleza. La ubicación es ideal para quienes quieren desconectarse y disfrutar del aire puro, pero también está lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad para cualquier necesidad. Lourdes y Edgar son muy atentos y siempre están a las órdenes para cualquier duda . En realidad , volveríamos mil veces más . ¡Recomendadísimo!

Hermosa Quinta, muy bien mantenida, perfecta para descansar. Central, muy cerca de Cuenca, pero a la misma vez suficientemente retirada proyectando tranquilidad y paz. Sus amenidades atraen para un mejor descanso. Nuestros jóvenes adultos disfrutaron la cancha de Tenis, Basquetbol y juegos de mesa. Al final del día relajarse al pie de la chimenea eran de los mejores momentos... Recomendamos esta Quinta 100%.

El lugar maravilloso. Limpio, ordenado y súper acogedor y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está cerca de un montón de lugares turísticos, bares y restaurantes. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente y preocupado de que nuestra estadía sea maravillosa.

Un lugar realmente maravilloso, muy acogedor, una vista increíble, con todas las comodidades y prestaciones. Excelente servicio.

We had such a great time in Cuenca and at Arnaldo's condo! Really awesome location, right next to restaurants and cafes. And the river off the balcony was amazing. Comfy bed, very clean space, fast internet, and great communication. The river was nice white noise, but still good to have earplugs for the random house alarms (who are they deterring?)

Aaron’s place is not only beautiful and quaint. The location is ideal for local restaurants and steps to dt. But I’m also very impressed with the communication with Aaron and Alla. They did their best to accommodate my parents and were in touch with me promptly. I highly recommend their place and will definitely be visiting again.

Had a wonderful overnight stay in Michelle’s lovely place. Great location; safe with security. Only sad we couldn’t stay longer. Beautiful furnishings. Love the windows and hot water showers.
