Excelente desayuno. Precios cómodos y lugar muy bonito

El hotel fue muy cómodo. La habitación fue perfecta con una cama amplia para dormir en confort con nuestra bebe. Me encanta que tengan platos en el menú del restaurante Magnolia que estuvo delicioso! El desayuno es un poco pequeño para lo que estamos acostumbrados a comer. Pero fueron muy amables de darnos una porción de huevos revueltos extra para nuestra bebe.

La persona de recepción siempre estuvo atenta Angyel inclusive fue muy flexible en los horarios de Check out ya que mi viaje salía a las nueve de la noche y pude encargarle mi equipaje con toda la seguridad del mundo y seguir turisteando Cuenca ya que queda a tres cuadras del parque central este hotel, lo recomiendo yvolvería a hospedarme.

The Balcon Del Arte staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional. They don't leave anything out when it comes to making a stay "Best Ever" 24/7. I always looked forward to interacting with thier staff. They are a Delight and interesting as they are helpful. My accommodations were very comfortable. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. The location in the city has everything I needed with great places to eat for any budget. Of all the wonderful things I've mentioned I don't want to forget to mention the washer AND dryer and the High Pressure Hot water shower. You don't find a DREAM shower or dryer at many rentals/AirBnB's. I was here almost a month. I will stay longer next time. Very livable!

Had a great experience staying at the appartment. Marcelo greeted us and was very friendly and helpful, showing us around the city centre and giving us a short tour. The place is located very nicely, just a few minutes away from the bus stop which takes around 10 minutes or so to reach the town centre. The appartment itself is exactly as described. The rooms are very newly furnished, extremely spacious and clean. The shower was hot and had very good power. Wifi was also excellent. Thoroughly recommended!

I definitely recommend this place. It’s very peaceful and safe. It has a variety of activities in the property. The staff are very friendly and responsiveness. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to relax.

The staff made me feel welcome and very much at home. They couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating. The food was tasty, fresh and healthy, and at reasonable prices. I was in luck and the visiting masseuse was available. If you have a chance to get a massage from Elvita, I highly recommend it. I will be staying here again.

Me sentí como en casa, fuimos muy bien recibidos, nos guiaron sobre lugares que podíamos visitar, la comida que preparan es deliciosa y finalmente, le brindaron un pastel a mi esposa por su cumpleaños 😊
