We had a very enjoyable stay in Aachen. The apartment is very nice and the small winter garden is very inviting to relax. You can walk to the city center in about 10-15 minutes. During our stay, there was a construction site in the street, so you couldn't drive directly into the street and you had to drive around a bit. We could also park for free about 5 minutes from the apartment. Highly recommended!

Very nice house and a comfortable stay. Mr. Pierre was very responsive and available by phone to help. He also arranged a parking reservation on short notice. Definitely worth staying!

The apartment was nicely centrally located in Spa. The parking space, which is included in the price of the apartment, is a big plus. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped.

Very nice weekend spent at Claudy's. The listing is located in a beautiful area, ideal for lovers of hiking, cycling or sports activities. No restaurants quickly accessible on foot directly but one finds its delight in the surrounding villages / towns - and then there is the equipped kitchen for those who prefer to stay on site. I'm holding back for an upcoming trip to the area.

Alyssann is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The house is very nice and equipped with every comfort. Especially nice how the house has been renovated with many natural materials and with sustainable energy supply. I would definitely come again if we are in this area again.

We enjoyed the house! There were a lot of games available and in the house there is a lot to do, chilling in the spa, foosball, Jeu de boules, etc. the children really liked this! The rooms are beautiful and clean.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is very cozy and has a lot of charm. It is conveniently located in the city center of Monschau and everything is within walking distance. There are many interesting things to explore nearby. Anke gives good recommendations for restaurants and excursions.

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

A very nice accommodation where many different activities can be done. It was very neat and clean upon arrival and we had some wonderful days here.

Large and comfortable apartment. Well located. Nice views. Fully equipped. Gaëtan was always responsive and help us with the parking in the area. Highly recommended for a visit to Liege.

The first time we booked through Airbnb. Exciting, but Norbert's penthouse was exactly what we expected based on the photos and description. Actually, even more spacious. The private parking space in the garage under the apartment was ideal. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Christel, the hostess who takes care of things when Norbert can't be there himself. We felt extra welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine and a large bottle of water in the fridge and a bag of delicious chocolates. On the table, brochures of Aachen and a handbook with all the instructions and facts about the area and the penthouse. Very nice. Communication with Norbert was cordial and quick. We had a wonderful week in cottage "Lief". Actually, no criticisms. Everything was very complete and well arranged. The communication was smooth, friendly and clear, very pleasant. Fantastic stay with everything you need. Even the trigger in the shower, coffee and herbs were thought of. Even a bottle of Cava was ready in the fridge. When we came into the apartment, we said to each other; Wow, how cozy! Good communication, thoughtful and quick responses to our questions. Good base for days out and the Spa Francorchamps circuit. We'd love to come back.

What a wonderful location to take walks from there (for example by traveling by bus for 3 euros and then walking back to Roetgen) in the nature reserve. We definitely plan to come back again because we want to take even more beautiful walks in that neighborhood and liked the accommodation very much. In the apartment, really all sorts of things were available. We baked nice sandwiches for the breakfast. The egg cooker is used for delicious cooked eggs at breakfast. There is a homely atmosphere. We suspect that it has been really inhabited. If the photos are up to you, I can really recommend this apartment to you. In Roetgen itself, not many restaurants were open this week, but there were a lot of supermarkets nearby, so there is plenty of alternative instead of eating out. Living in Roetgen is a great restaurant to eat. I don't know about the other restaurants. On April 30th there is a Meiboom tradition and in the evening/night that can cause some noise nuisance.

We had a good stay. The accommodation is spacious for two people. All necessities are provided. Everything was nice and clean and lovely bedding.
