Really lovely stay with my Mum and nephew, great area, perfect if travelling to Legoland. Lovely restaurant in walking distance. Lots of thoughtful little extras. Bronwen was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - and has two very sweet dogs. Would definitely return and recommend thank you!!

The Stable was exactly as described. We loved the outdoor seating in the sunshine overlooking the horses exercise yard. The Stable was very comfortable and had all the things we needed for a 3 night stay. Rita was very friendly and approachable. There is a Tesco a few minutes drive away as well as a small Co op. The Oxford Canal is close by, There are 2 National Trust properties within about half an hours drive as well as the towns of Stratford on Avon and Leamington Spa.

We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by Cotswolds charm & tranquility. This is a very special place. A pleasure to have met Mark on arrival & upon entering the Hayloft you immediately see how both owners have put their heart and soul into making such a special space. It's truly magical & like other reviews have said before, one of the best Airbnbs out there for sure! Being a local I know the area & I don't think it gets much better than this. Your stress melts away literally the minute you arrive. The generous goodies were so welcomed local bread, bacon, sausages, butter, eggs and milk the kitchen was so well stocked you dont need for anything! Quality luxurious linens, super comfy bed, fluffy towels the luxuries are all there. Spotlessly clean & delighted to have a luxury shower room & also a luxury bathroom. Quiet location & utterly picturesque. The cows in the field where you park was one of the highlights, so calming. Our new fave place. Thank you Mark & Katie

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sophie’s house, it was comfortable and homely in a beautiful location. Sophie was helpful and gave just enough information to make check in easy and we knew that we could get in touch if we needed anything, what more can I say?

We had a fab weekend in this place. Pam was so accommodating in every way, she was really helpful with telling us local walks and supplying a map so we found beautiful footpaths and village pubs to enjoy. We took our dogs who definitely approved of the location! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and would happily return here because there was nothing negative whatsoever!

What a lovely place to stay! It's a great little house, with plenty of room for the three of us, in a gorgeous village. We were very comfortable and felt very welcome. It was lovely to meet Leanne and we hope to return some time.

We stayed at Paul’s lovely property for the second time as we loved it so much the first time round. Our recent stay was made even better by the addition of a hot tub , the ping pong table and loads of board games and activities. The bedrooms were clean and comfy like before and we loved the living and dining space. Our 3 kids had an amazing time running around in the garden and going for little walks around the grounds. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and we loved having freshly popped popcorn for our movie evenings at the house! The property is close to Millets Farm Centre which was great for the kids as there’s always a lot to do there!

A lovely beautiful home away from all the chaos but surrounded by nature. A perfect getaway to have with friends or family where you have your own space. Highly recommended and would definitely rebook. Loved my stay here! Thank you to the host!

We’ve just had the most wonderful few days in the Cotswolds at Neil and Janet’s barn. Beautiful location, super comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen, thank you. The property is so much bigger than it looks in the photos.

We have just returned home after a week at the barn. We have been extremely impressed with everything and the little extras have made it stand out above several airbnb places we have stayed in over the years. It was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to make a great holiday. Janice and David are very friendly and we’re happy to chat and give us the space to enjoy our holiday at the same time. The surroundings were also perfect for a real relaxing break. All in all I would say that our time there has been perfect and we hope to come again in the future. Thanks again Sarah x

Thank you for a lovely stay at the barn, spacious for us and our dog but it also had a really cosy feel to it. It has everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen, nice sofa’s and large TV with sky TV for those chilled out evenings. Lovely comfy bed and a big powerful shower. Great location for Oxford and Cotswolds. Good communication with Mel who is a great host. Thank you again 😊.

The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and our host was communicative, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. First of all, the property is gorgeous - it's in the countryside and we loved waking up and walking out back to that gorgeous view. There are walking paths nearby, a fantastic park right across the street, and having the horses literally next door was a great attraction. The apartment is small and cozy, but the kitchen has everything you need and the beds were quite comfy. Also, the hosts were very responsive with anything we needed and when we had an issue with the internet, not only were they quick to fix it, they refunded us half of the cost for the time we were without connectivity. I would definitely recommend this place and will for sure stay again next time we come to visit family in the area.

We stayed at the cottage while visiting our new grandson in nearby Woodford Halse. Communications from Victoria were excellent, as were directions. Upon our arrival Victoria came out to greet us and (vitally important) to ask us what we wanted for breakfast! The cottage turned out to be an absolute delight, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our last Airbnb experience in May 2024 was dreadful and it was a relief to have our faith restored. Although the cottage was small, it was perfect for our needs. The bedroom upstairs was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was nicely appointed and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Although the cottage doesn't have a kitchen as such, Victoria provided a microwave and toaster, plus bread, cereals, tea, milk, coffee etc. Nothing had been overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend both the cottage and our host Victoria unreservedly! Thank you very much Victoria! Andrew & Jayne.

A great find. Lovely touches like fresh bread, butter, jam, marmalade and milk. Mark also checked in to make sure everything was okay. Fantastic house, it has everything you need and more. Spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic with easy access to the Cotswolds, Stratford etc. The secure back garden area is an absolute sun trap. This is another one added to my “can’t wait to be back” list.

It was a really beautiful place to stay. The kitchen is a thing of beauty. The character is striking wherever you look, with a lovely dining and sitting area. You need to be agile for the spiral staircase, but the ascent is worth the effort.

A lovely, clean and welcoming place set in beautiful countryside. Comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen that was perfect for cooking. Tracey was responsive and proactive in checking we had everything we needed. The check in process was made very easy thanks to the photos of key elements. We had a lovely, peaceful weekend.
