Cozy studio with all amenities on the seashore(500 m).Large swimming pool complex, sauna, gym free of charge (for guests over 2 weeks). The apartment has a constantly comfortable temperature in both winter and summer (warm floors/air conditioning), no dampness or mold. There is a large outdoor terrace with a sea views. An wonderful cafe with coffee and pastries, a grocery store a minute's walk away. A seaside promenade for walking and jogging with coffee shops,sweets and freshly squeezed juice.

Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation in your cozy apartment. I liked everything...Magnificent sea view from the balcony, 5 minutes walk to the sea, supermarket nearby. Many thanks to Sergei for his help, it was always possible to consult and hear a hint where to go, what to see, where to eat. Very pleasant interlocutor. The apartment is very cozy, well and tastefully furnished, everything you need could be found in the cabinets. 17 days of vacation flew by quickly, Sergei periodically asked if everything was okay with me, suggested, told me. Thank you very much for your care and understanding. I advise all my acquaintances to visit Yeni Iskele and relax in a cozy apartment sea view

It was a really great stay experience. Thanks to the relevant host, we felt at home. The room was clean,spacious and comfortable. The location is quite central, everything you may need in the surroundings is within walking distance (except the sea). It was an ideal place to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. Extremely pleased with our stay. The host was very caring and responded very quickly and descriptively to every question we had from before booking to the moment of checkout. We felt really safe and well hosted. The house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable as seen in the photos. The location was great, you can reach the sea in about 10 minutes by walking. At the same time, being located in the compound provided a great advantage; there were three different swimming pools, two different gymnasiums, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, butchers, casinos, even an amusement park right near the house. The house had everything we could need: kitchen equipment, fresh towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, soap, even small but thoughtful details. Which made the stay so much more comfortable. In short, everything that helped us have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday was available. Thank you again to the host. Would recommend with peace of mind!
