Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Aygün

Perfect property for groups looking to stay close to Ayia Napa but not be in the thick of it. We enjoyed the rural walks down to the strip, but also found Bolts very quick and easy to book. The house was spacious and comfortable, lots of space for each couple in their rooms, big inside table for us to eat together and play games. The pool was lots of fun with plenty of outside space to lounge in the sun. The host was prompt at responding to our queries and travelled up to the property to drop off more toiletries for us. We unfortunately had obnoxiously loud neighbors during our stay, nothing some ear plugs couldn't help with at night. The games tables were a nice touch. We made great use of the kitchen and BBQ during our stay too! Would highly recommend to any groups looking to visit the area!

The host was very responsive and was able to meet specific requests we had. The place is specious, short walking distance from the beach, has a very large swimming pool and well equipped kitchen. the place is clean and comfortable (although not everyone liked the spring mattresses, but that's a personal preference). The kitchen includes silverware, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and various pots and pans. Multiple EU-->UK power adapters are available, which is a very nice touch. Perfect place for a family. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

Fantastic location - great beaches in a few minutes walk. Great snorkelling and fantastic beaches that bare well equipped. Great restaurants a short walk away. Very private location. The villa is so clean and uncluttered. Well equipped, everything works well and actually seems new. Definitely recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!

We went with 3 families with 2 children. The rooms were clean and sufficient. Since it was in the castle, it was accessible to many places by walking. The host was very helpful. We had no trouble checking in and out with easy key access. If we go again, this is our first place to review.

“Absolutely perfect for work & relax – 5 stars!” We stayed at this Airbnb as a team retreat and were blown away by the experience. From the beginning, we asked for specific work-related needs – desks, monitors, and a good setup – and everything was provided quickly and without any fuss. The communication was incredibly fast and helpful: any question or small issue was addressed almost instantly via the WA group. The house itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and super comfortable – ideal for both focused work and relaxed downtime. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our holiday. House holder was really understanding and kind. The villa was close to a beach which belongs to compound and a swimming pool. The beach and sea was wonderfull. There were free sunbeds and we could found empty sunbeds easily. The free aquapark was a great opportunity for our children and there was a bar&cafe in the aqua park and prices were reasonable. There were 2 store which were close to villa and you can find anything you need easily and also prices were reasonable. We especially want to thank to management office they quickly solved some minor problems and they were really kind.

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

Great stay! The hosts were always there to help on a moment’s notice. Very friendly. We had a great time.
