Angela is an exemplary host: + Friendly + Reliable + caring + Very easy to reach + willing to help and compromise The accommodation is well maintained: + equipped with everything needed for a longer stay + Clean and tidy + Best location + comfortable bed + plenty of space for a family with 2 children + nice neighbors However, there is a small minus "ants". They are everywhere, but you quickly get used to their company. 😉

The apartment was lovely and in a great location with an on-site bar/restaurant. The pool was fantastic and was quiet and relaxing. Can’t fault the hosts. Always responsive and provided clear instructions on arrival. You do need a car to get around but that’s the same anywhere you stay in the North. Would definitely stay again!

Ms. Elena is a really friendly lady, she answered all the questions with kindness when we wanted, the location and place is very perfect for vacation and sightseeing. Those who want to stay one of the points I would consider staying again can book without thinking.

Clean and peaceful place. Transportation was easy. There is a grocery store nearby. The host helped with everything.

Extremely pleased with our stay. The host was very caring and responded very quickly and descriptively to every question we had from before booking to the moment of checkout. We felt really safe and well hosted. The house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable as seen in the photos. The location was great, you can reach the sea in about 10 minutes by walking. At the same time, being located in the compound provided a great advantage; there were three different swimming pools, two different gymnasiums, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, butchers, casinos, even an amusement park right near the house. The house had everything we could need: kitchen equipment, fresh towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, soap, even small but thoughtful details. Which made the stay so much more comfortable. In short, everything that helped us have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday was available. Thank you again to the host. Would recommend with peace of mind!

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The location was perfect for me, near the sea. It has various markets around the location which was a great impact. I would definitely stay there again in the future for sure.

The apartment is very cozy, well and tastefully furnished, everything you need could be found in the cabinets. 17 days of vacation flew by quickly, Sergei periodically asked if everything was okay with me, suggested, told me. + Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

Great host and place to stay. Just a 3-4 minutes walk from Nissi beach and nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.

We felt very comfortable in Sophia's apartment. It is furnished with attention to detail and is as shown in the photos. Our highlight was the great outdoor area. The apartment has a great connection to the highway. We were able to see a lot of Cyprus. There is a very good bakery nearby as well as a supermarket, which can be reached on foot. Sophia can be reached at any time and helps very quickly with all concerns and inquiries. We had a great time and send Sophia warm regards Tobias and Nicole

wonderful apartment,fully consistent with the photos! there is everything for a comfortable stay, personal hygiene products, a lot of towels, equipped kitchen! comfortable large bed! cleanliness! everything within walking distance,market and restaurant in two minutes walk! we liked everything very much! thank you very much to the hosts for their attention!!! 😁

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was full of peace, we liked it very much. It's not a very central place, but we had what we needed, like a grocery store and a restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))
