Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, sehr schöne und gepflegte Lage

Mein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einwandfrei. Nick war immer zu erreichen. Ich bedanke mich für die saubere Unterkunft. Hatte überhaupt keine Probleme. Alles was du brauchst gibt es in der Wohnung. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte Cafes etc. Immer wieder würde ich diese Wohnung buchen

Angela ist eine super freundliche und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war ebenfalls mega sauber und total schön gelegen. Der Strand befand sich unmittelbar in der Nähe des Unterkunftes. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!

Alev hanıma çok teşekkür ediyorum. giriş saatimiz geç olmasına rağmen adeta kendi evimizin kapısını açıp girer gibi rahatça girdik. bize videolu bir anlatımla tarif ettiği evi rahatça bulduk. tertemiz bir konaklama mekanı ile karşılaştık. ayrıca bizi düşünerek bıraktığı atıştırmalık yiyecekler içinde teşekkür ediyoruz. Alev hanım kaldığımız üç gün boyunca arayarak bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sordu. Eşim ve ben bir daha gelecek olursak ilk tercih edeceğimiz konaklama yeri olacak..

Temizligi ve olanakları ile otel konforunda evde kaldık diyebiliriz. Hem konumu hem ev olanaklari ile bizim tekrar tercih etmek isteyecegimiz bir deneyim. Mustafa Beye teşekkür ederiz. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The house was beautiful, the garden was stunning, and the sea view from the terrace was unforgettable. Our host was incredibly helpful and attentive — always checking if we needed anything, recommending great places and activities, and even arranging car rental and airport transfer with Mr. Stellios, who was also very kind and helpful. When we arrived, the fridge was fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture after a long journey. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt taken care of from the very beginning. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Ev şehrin merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, çok keyifli bir avluya sahip ve sessizdi. Evin olanakları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tarihi bir ev olması ve güzel dekorasyonu evi daha da keyifli kılıyor. Evin önünde araca park yeri rahatlıkla bulabildim. Okan Bey’in ev sahipliği esnekliği kibarlığı ilgisi ve verdiği tavsiyeler de Kıbrıs deneyimimizi daha da güzel kıldı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Magusa’ya tekrar dönmeyi ve Okan Bey’in evinde kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

Öncelikle ev sahibi Yunus Emre’nin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Her ihtiyacımız olduğunda kolaylıkla ulaşabildik ve çok yardımcı oldu. Evi bulma ve giriş sürecinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev, görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi; huzurlu, tatlı ve konforluydu. Denize, beach’lere ve Yiğitler Market’e olan yakınlığı da konum açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Hem evin rahatlığı hem de konumu bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bize evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren ev sahibi Yunus Emre’ye tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Rezervasyon aşamasından itibaren son derece sıcak kanlı, çözüm odaklı ve yönlendirici yaklaşım sergilediler. Herşey ihtiyaçlarımızı düşünmeye yönelikti. Evimizde kurutma makinesi dahil tüm beyaz eşya vardı.Gelenlerin sadece deterjan alması kafi. We gingen met 6 vriendinnen naar Cyprus en hadden een geweldige tijd in het huis van Andreas. Het ziet er supermooi uit, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is heel erg comfortabel. Het zwembad en tuin heeft heel de dag door zon, maar er zijn ook zeker voldoende schaduwmogelijkheden. Een van de beste Airbnb ervaringen die ik al heb gehad!

We waren in de winter een weekje te gast bij Kamil. Een rustige plek, weg van de drukte, en een ontzettend lieve familie die ons gastvrij heeft onthaald. Meedenkend en een perfecte gastheer. Door omstandigheden kregen we zelfs een upgrade naar het appartement boven de woning van de familie!! Naar onze maatstaven heeft dit appartement in de tuin wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en mocht de keuken iets schoner zijn. Het is echter maar net wat je gewend bent. We werden ontvangen laat op oudejaarsavond, de kachel en de kaarsjes brandden al. De dagen daarna dronken we koffie met de familie, mochten we zoveel fruit uit de tuin nemen als we wilden en voelden we ons helemaal thuis. Het appartement boven de familie is een grote, ruime, comfortabele woning. We bevelen beide woningen aan!! Weg van het massa toerisme en kostbaar om deze familie te leren kennen.

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, it also had 2 delightful balconies to sit and chill. The location was perfect for our needs, visiting relatives and touring. Magusa is a great place to explore history and enjoy authentic food. Alkan was quick to respond to our communications. His parents, which we had the pleasure of meeting (Feride/Enver) were also at hand if we needed anything. In all, very nice place and very nice people.

I had a lovely stay at Maria’s place and liked how she made it all feel very homely. It was easy walking distance to a large supermarket and some nice parks. Overall it had everything I needed for a peaceful break

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

The apartment is a 'Home from home' Anything you could possibly want is available. The security of the property is excellent which gave us confidence to leave our valuables. Its an ideal location if you don't like being disturbed by noise. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can watch the sun go down in the evening on comfortably furniture. The pool is beautiful and quiet, most often we were the only people there. Plenty of sunbeds and its clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking to go back next year

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.
