It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, an incredible place, very accessible with a birthday I had in the theme of my guests, Miguel is attentive and is extremely kind and helpful! I am a fan of Lomas de Cocoyoc, we have already had different good experiences and Casa Cardenal was no exception, Mayte's service was always good and Felix was always attentive, he came in the mornings to clean the pool and make sure it was at a good temperature in a very discreet and respectful way, the house is in an excellent location, very comfortable, we were a group of 10 and the pool was the perfect size, the pool temperature was ideal.

Very comfortable house with good facilities, recommended to spend an end with the family.

The service, cleanliness and order were impeccable in all the spaces of the house, we thought it had a great garden, pool and jacuzzi, we spent a few days super comfortable.

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Gabriela and the service staff were always on the lookout for any requests.

The house is very nice and very spacious, we were all very comfortable and happy, the pool is a good size, the jacuzzi and the palapa with grill are a plus... we really enjoyed it! Mrs. Mar's attention was very friendly and I support us in everything besides that she cooks very rich. The house is located in a safe subdivision. Everything great, we will definitely be back :)

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green space. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own little house, and having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, chatting. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained on us at night, but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have many things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who receives you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10 I will definitely return!

The house is spacious, super comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy to the fullest: clean spaces, very comfortable beds, a delicious pool and ideal corners to relax or live with family. But what really made our stay special was the attention of Eduardo, the host. He is super attentive, kind and always available to help us with anything. It made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We recommend this house with our eyes closed! We left happy and eager to return very soon. Thank you Eduardo for everything! 🌟

Thank you very much Hector for always being attentive during our stay in the apartment. We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Again, thank you very much Hector!

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.
