Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. The garden and pool was the perfect place to spend a sunny weekend. The house is beautiful and the facilities are amazing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big enough and the kitchen has everything needed. Having a gym on the property is a fantastic bonus as well! Louise was an exceptional host. She responded to questions so quickly and was always friendly as well as helpful! The instructions provided made checking in super easy as well which is really appreciated.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, kids loved the swimming pool. Facilities fantastic and an extremely comfortable stay for all.

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Beautiful property with a mixture of originality of the building and new style amenities. The kitchen is a beautiful place to be (caution of the heat from the constant aga heat) and the heated pool is an amazing extra to have. It is incredibly peaceful and private, excellent to host familes and friends gatherings, you shouldn't be bored here

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

Stayed here as we had an event on in Bristol, was exactly like the pictures and as described. Very spacious which was nice. Also the communication throughout was very good. Would recommend

This little flat is an absolute treasure! a gorgeous tiny little place, but, though small, it is so cleverly laid out that it feels really spacious. You have everything you need. A really well kitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, big TV in front of a comfy sofa. The bed is up a couple of big steps, sort of raised up, and is very comfortable. Hilary put a fan there because of the heat wave while I was there which was a nice touch. The location is great - super close to Clifton and just a few minutes walk to the harbour. I thought parking was going to be a challenge, but I always found a spot very close to the flat. I definitely recommend a stay. Next time I'm in Bristol I'll hopefully manage to book this place again.

We were looking for a property in Bristol to visit our daughter & nothing was available that we liked in the city centre so booked here, as it was just 30 minutes away & so pleased we did!!! 🤩 Really nice detached house with own parking with “everything” you need in a very quiet location & short walk to marina, shops, restaurants, walks along the coast etc Highly recommend the Royal Inn to take in the views have a drink plus food is good to 👍 Highly recommend staying here & we hope to return soon thank you again Anthony for everything 🥳 Lance & Sylvie 🫶

This has to be the best place I've ever stayed. I didn't want to write such an honest review because it might always end up fully booked as I would love to come back. Literally worth every penny for our 5 month stay. Hosts have been great and helpful. Never had any issues, you also get farm eggs and get to see farm animals like ostriches, horses, peacocks, ducks, geese, chicken and cats. The place itself is big and comfortable, I definitely would've stayed longer if they had the availability. 100% recommended. Many thanks to St.Peters Farm!

We had a fantastic experience at this property - the flat was easy to access and surprisingly private. The garden area was lovely for having breakfast outside in the great weather and we had everything we needed. This is a fantastic location with lots of lovely shops, cafes and places to eat right on the doorstep with very convenient public transport close by. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can't wait to stay again!

Very clean, just as shown in the pictures and really easy to find. Roz was really helpful and responsive, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

great position to get public transport into the city (5minute drive then a 20minute train ride) as well as getting to the Wave pool (15minute drive). clean newly furnished space very nice to stay in with the family

Beautifully renovated property, very pristine and stylish but also felt very homely and relaxing for our 2 night stay. Lots of lovely extras that aren't included in the majority of places we have previously stayed, i.e coffee bags (my husbands favourite) jams, honey, dog treats etc as well as the standard bread, milk, juice etc. Phil was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Lots of local information provided and recommendations for nice places to visit, eat etc in Welcome Booklet. It's a short drive to the Town Centre, local amenities, Marina and lovely walks along the Coastal Path. It was also very handy to have a really small park about a couple of minutes walk away to take our dog for a quick walk in the morning before getting ready to head out for the day. Garden is fully enclosed as stated and secure, only negative is that it was smaller than we had anticipated and not private. Lovely place, would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely home, we only stayed one night but we were blown away with how beautiful it was as well as the garden. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in Bristol

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to Cribbs Causeway and 15 to Cabot Circus, which made getting around so easy. The place was spotless, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the games table for some fun in the evenings. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Was a beautiful and cozy little place perfect for a get away. Lovely scenery, and the views around the area are truly breathtaking. Amanda was a wonderful host, always willing to help and be of great service. Definitely a place I would recommend.

Very helpful hosts, as we had far to travel and made getting in easier as diversions in motorway so was understandable of our very late check in. Very clean, loved the art work and little touches like the juice and tea tray.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sue’s property. It’s in a lovely quiet road, the views are amazing and the garden is beautiful. It was our first time visiting Portishead and we were very impressed. There’s plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. Our son loved Aerospace Bristol and Bristol Zoo Project (although both are great for adults too!). Clevedon is also a lovely place for a day out. Sue was a friendly and responsive host and we felt very relaxed and comfortable in her property.

Very cosy stay, which was in a good location from the David Broome Event Centre which I was going back and forth from. Had everything I needed and was clean and tidy - would stay again!

We loved our stay at Yasmine's beautiful home. The photos don't do this gorgeous, colourful, art filled space justice. Everything exceeded expectations - we would love to come back. The neighbourhood is very cool, we didn't need to leave at all to find beautiful places to eat, drink and walk. We found the record collection a huge added bonus too! I can't recommend this beautiful home enough. 5* from check in to check out. Thanks so much :)
