We had an amazing stay. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos – spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s located in a fun, buzzy area full of great bars and restaurants, yet the apartment itself is quiet and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Alberto was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to stay here again.

Trastavere was perfect for us! We loved the clean and comfy apartment. It was near 100 great restaurants but the apartment was nice and quiet. Super clean. Loved it

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, bright and tastefully done. We absolutely fell in love with the beautiful courtyard and neighbourhood. Not too touristy, right next to mercato di testaccio, which is a big bonus for those who enjoy cooking, and close to public transport. As for the hosts, they are the best. Even though we did not get to meet them in person, they are extremely responsive, helpful and kind. We will most definitely be back ❤️

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great place! It’s outside the center but in a very cool local neighborhood with great restaurants. It’s also right next to a major bus/train stop that allows you to get into the main area very quickly.

We had a great stay and will definitely do it again! The place is extremely clean, quiet, a lot of space including for your clothes. The bathroom is in excellent condition, the bed is big and very comfortable, the building really nice and you have the bus and tram downstairs + the train is not far - very reactive and kind hosts as well, we couldn’t have asked for more! The check out was easy and they agreed to give us an extra hour in the morning, very much appreciated. I highly recommend it, it’s not easy to find a perfect place like this is Roma. Thanks a lot, we had the best 2 years anniversary!

10/10 would highly recommend! The location is magnificent and apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful for checking in and consistently responsive if we needed anything. Has a smart TV for easy use and strong air conditioning to keep the place cool during host summer months. Washing machine works extremely well. I’ll be back!!

We loved this apartment! The area below is hustle and bustle which is a fun vibe to be around but it was so peaceful and calming being able to step away and enjoy some time to relax in the apartment. The kitchen was awesome for enjoying home cooked meals also. Highly recommend ☺️

We combined a stay in the centro storico with a stay in Luca’s apartment and wished we’d stayed in Luca’s apartment the entire time. The bars, cafes and restaurants in Testaccio are far more interesting and fun - and full of Romans rather than tourists - than in the centre. For that reason I think the location of Luca’s apartment is fab - we found the buses very easy to hop on. The apartment was quiet, very clean and stylish. Luca himself was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in a great area. Restaurants, grocery store, and not far from Trastevere. Ginevra and Maggio were such helpful guests too, taking time to help us solve a situation. Would stay here again!

Overall, this place was great. Awesome location within a short walk of many of the major sights- Trevi, Spanish steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. The apartment itself is immaculate and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The AC was amazing and worked perfectly. Very quiet at night. Two things to note- it’s located on the third floor of a walk-up with no elevator so I would strongly recommend anyone who can’t handle steps not book here. Secondly, we were woken up in the morning with the sound of construction from downstairs across the street. It was not super early in the morning (maybe around 9 am) but nonetheless woke us up. Overall, it was a great choice for us and we would go back there (just knowing we can’t sleep in).

We stayed 4 nights at David’s lovely Rome apartment. It was a perfect location for what we wanted. Community before, during and after was excellent. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. We could not have had a better way to end our European holiday. I can thoroughly recommend David’s apartment for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the culture of Rome. Thank you David, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights. Isabella was proactive and friendly with communication, offering local recommendations and clear instructions ahead of our stay and responsive to any questions we had. Isabella also offered an early check-in which helped us feel right at home after arriving early in Rome. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with an idyllic view and close to the best that Trastevere has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

The apartment is very clean and exactly matches up to the pictures posted. It has such a beautiful blend of a quaint old world charm with its beautiful furniture and lace dollies placed around the apartment and the modernism of what is required for the smooth functioning of an apartment The air conditioning is a big bonus to bear with the heat Would definitely come back again!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

It was a nice apartment. It was two-storey and spacious. There were separate air conditioners for both floors. The kitchen was complete. The location of the apartment is really great. The farthest place to visit is 20-25 minutes walk away. Which you have to do if you come to Rome. There is a different history on each street.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. The host arranged a smooth and convenient transportation option from the airport, and after a quick breakfast at a nearby café, he met us and personally escorted us to the apartment. He went above and beyond by providing local recommendations for restaurants and attractions, which really helped us make the most of our visit. From the very beginning Fidia was proactive and very responsive! We were sent the house manual right away with all the directions and recommendations right at hand. Their assistant, Allan, was there to greet us when we checked in and he gave us a tour of the home and went over all of the instructions. Fidia also recommended crazy4rome for our tours and they were also fantastic. All of our transportation was arranged for us as well. The home is located right in central Rome and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Our family of 6 fit comfortably. The living space turned into a private 3rd bedroom utilizing the pull out couch. The apartment was clean, beautifully updated, and well-equipped. Anna Rita was helpful and very responsive. She even helped us arrange reasonable transportation. Would highly recommend!
